Polish Me Nails & Spa

This is my new favorite place!
I recently came here for a fill and was very pleased with the way my nails came out. All of the people that work there are awesome… I will definitely be coming back!

Let me start off by saying I am not the type of person that ever takes my child with me to get my nails done… With that said, today I took my niece to get her nails done for her HS graduation and I had my daughter with me. Neither of us was getting anything done (me or my daughter) we just sat down to wait when we were approached and told that there are «no kids allowed at the spa». I did see a sign after the fact, but it was the way it happened that was very harsh. The staff stared until we left and my daughter cried because she wanted to see her cousin. The whole thing just sucked and even though I wouldn’t take her with me to have my own nails done, I don’t think it was necessary to kick us out. I definitely won’t ever be doing business there again and neither will my family.

I went to get an acrylic, no tip, full set last week. At first look, my set came out nice, but with a closer look, I realized it wasn’t. She didn’t form the whole nail on my middle finger. One of the side was higher. And just after 4 days, my thumb nail chipped half off and on the 5^th day, the whole nail tip came off from my pinky finger. I don’t think the acrylic powder used is of best quality. I’m so disappointed. I was really hoping to come back.

I can’t believe I just found this place and I’m moving! On a whim, I just decided today that I wanted to get my nails done for a few upcoming weddings. I called and asked if they were taking walk-​ins, the woman on the phone said yes, but come at 6:45pm.
I got there at around 6:40 and there were a bunch of people in there! One woman, who I found out was named Ava later on, told me to pick a color. I sat down and contemplated a color choice and settled on a Tiffany blue. I was finally seated at a station around 7:10 and waited a little longer before one of the technicians worked on me.
I forgot her name (sorry!), but she was amazing! She was so nice and explained everything about getting my first set of acrylic nails. She talked me out of getting pointy cat nails which I originally wanted (don’t know the term for that style) and told me to get almond instead. In the middle, I asked if I could get the underside painted a different color and she said yes, but she’s never done it before. The girl next to me heard and decided to try it, and it turned out epic! She said everyone’s going to want to do that now haha and if they do, Ava, charge them extra!
The whole nail process, to me, took a while, but I’ve never gotten my nails done. And the technician was working super fast, and never slowed down or took a break. The whole thing (acrylic and gel) was $ 35…I was kinda surprised because my friend who recommended it to me said they were really cheap… but what do I know, I’m a nail noob.
Anyway, my nails are so gorgeous I don’t care about the price shock anymore (also, because my roommate said she has paid more for crappier nails). They are Tiffany blue on top, and sparkly gold on the bottom. I would come back here with all the coupons they gave me at the end, but I won’t be in the area :(

I came here for the first time today. I made an appointment for Ava! She is wonderful ;) i thoroughly enjoyed my appointment. She did an excellent job and is so sweet. She is now my official nail lady. I cant say enough nice things about her. The salon is super clean too!!!

I was in look for a new nail salon because the salon I used to go to has no control of the people! (blue diamond nails) and they are rude! But I came across This salon & it deserves 5 stars all the way! I mean it’s more pricey then where I used to go but it’s soooo worth it! They do a very nice job, they take there time, & it’s quite not like other places where they most likely talk about customers like blue diamond does! It’s very relaxing here, I would recommend this place to anyone! Very nice, organized, & friendly. This is definitely my new nail place. Loved my first experience and I’ll be returning :)

Today was my first time here & I am super happy Ava took care of me today. I have to say I was amazed at the amount of detail, time and care that this sweet, patient and talented nail artist took on my overly thin natural nails after taking off my falling apart acrylics. She did an amazing job on my nails who haven’t been without acrylics for almost 2 years and I am so happy with her work I can say I see ALOT of nail salons due to the hours I work and i get my nails done almost every week due to my job and I have to say I’ve never felt this happy after a simple yet super cute and well designed manicure, so I just had to Unilocal it! They have exceptional customer service and great communication. I can say I will NEVER be going to another salon as long as Ava and her super cute aaquality work are at this amazing nail salon.

Saw this place when it was last year when visiting my boyfriend but they were open yet. I kept checking over and over till they did and it was worth the wait! I drive up from San Diego just so these ladies can do my nails. I don’t trust or want anyone else to do them. They do such high quality work on nails it’s unbelievable! I mean I drive up every 3 – 4 weeks to get my acrylic fill and gel changed because it last that long and looks amazing! They do any type of design you show them, they have the stamp card and coupons that never expire!
They keep their shop beyond clean, magazines are alway put away, gel polish examples are always right on their hook, polishes are always in the shelf.
If you are still trying to find your nail go-​to place, look no more. This will be it. I love it and it’s completely worth my drive to see them.

My second time coming nice and local huge gel color selection I love it Martin did such a great job on my gel mani I wanted an pink ombré glitter design and he killed it ! He was very accommodating and did exactly what I asked for. The girl who did my pedi I don’t get her name but she did a good job she let me try 5different colors before I picked the color I wanted ! Very nice and they alway take their time. I wish they had coffee for those early birds or mayb mimosas for brunchers lol. For sure my new go to spot ! Very pleased with my nails.

I have been to so many different places for my nails and now I can finally say this place is the best! Ava does an amazing job and is a perfectionist. I have never had a bad experience. Everything is clean and everyone is so nice.

The girls here were great! I came in with chipped acrylic nails and they fixed them up to brand new. I also treated one of my best friends to her first ever nail set. She absolutely loved it. Thank you so much!

«Ava» is the best in the shop! Joyce is her sister and use does my nails amazingly as well! My pedicures only get done by Helen! ask for them!

After been looking for a good nail salon in the town, I ended up in this nails spa which I was really happy the results.
The shop is very clean which really important, I saw all their tools are clean and sanitized. After all day shopping, my feet was really tired, So the spa pedicure was just right for me. They put my feet into the warm and hot water with bubbling and sanitizing blue salt. Massage my legs after all which amazing, the chair also massage my back, everything was just so relaxing and great!
It’s holiday season, so I decided to do something different! they really did fantastic design which hard to find around here. I had they to put a Christmas tree on my nails, and the red color on the rest of nails, it turns out so pretty, all my friends loved it. It’s wonderful experience in the shop, I will definitely be back again!

Finally the nails look good! You look for places nearby that won’t botch the polish job. Decent doesn’t work! It has to look nice because people will see it. It’s so embarrassing when your nails are ugly.
Hands look good. Gel manicure with glitter nails and pink/​glitter fade on the ring fingers for accent. Cleaned up the edges and nailbeds. No hangnails.
Toenails… Royal blue solid. Cleaned up around the nails. But the nails aren’t cut straight. Bummer. I can cut it at home. Still… Why do you pay to get a pedicure to fix it at home? Plus, they never asked if I wanted design, which I did. I was focused on my hands, explaining design, that I missed my opportunity to tell about the toenail design. I hate to bug them after final coat on. Also spa is just water bubbling and massage chair. Not hot. No suds. Nothing.
Overall store… Clean materials. Saw them pull materials out of disinfectant machine. Not so sure about the nail file though. Clean tables and chairs.
Personnel… Only owner and my nail girl seems friendly. Rest don’t say anything to each other and to us. Guess that could be a good thing too. Depends on customer.

I had such a wonderful time in that nail salon! A guy did my nails, and I was kinda nervous at first, but he was super nice and did my nails really carefully! My nails turned out awesome. I would definitely recommend this place for my friends:)

I really wanted to find a closer place to get my nails done, and I’m so glad that I found Polish Me. I called in and they were very helpful. Very clean place and I’m a bit picky when it comes to cleanliness. Ava was the one who helped me with my gel manicure and she was very great! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to recreate the picture on my nails. Very pleased at the out come and my cuticles are much better now. Definitely coming back. And everyone there was helpful. Whether it’s Ava that does your nails or any one else, you’ll be in good hands.

I’ve been searching for a good nail salon that I can visit regularly for quality mani-​pedis with designs. This shop is very clean which is, of course, very important. There are a ton of color choices for both gel and regular polish which I loved.
The nail technicians were very nice and very careful and attentive to their work which is much appreciated. I was overall mostly happy with my mani-​pedi. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the way the chevron design came out on a couple of my nails. I came to this salon after looking through all the photos on the Unilocal page because it looked like the technicians here are pretty much experts in drawing nail designs, but my chevron design was a little lackluster.
UPDATE: After my initial review, I felt a pain on my foot and after looking at it, I saw that it was cut! I haven’t done anything to cut my foot so the only reason I could have gotten it was from my pedicure. Had to knock a star off for that :/

First time coming in for grand opening after seeing the advertisement.
This place is clean and the service is AWESOME
haven’t been able to find such a nice manicure shop around my neighborhood.
Nails are soooo pretty … I LOVE IT !
