Glory Threading

I had one simple request for the woman that threaded my eyebrows: please leave them thick just clean them up. She couldn’t follow a simple request! One eyebrow was left arched and the other is straight! I will NEVER come here again! I’d give them zero stars if I could!

Wow great experience. Fast and yet so precise. Unfortunately I’m a hairy guy and have to go get threaded often. Most places take awhile, but I was in and out of there under 20min. Would recommend to anyone. They have earn my business.

I was not to happy with my eyebrows. I asked just to have them cleaned up and they ended up being thinned out. Im really picky about who does my eyebrows and i liked it the last few times, but they don’t even match this time. It is a nice price and the lady was sweet, but i probably wont be back. I reallyhope they grow back fast. They look terrible.

I love this place so much! I have been going here since they first opened and I never leave disappointed. These ladies are so kind, as well as talented. I love them and this place!

I used to go here for about 2 or so years and they were great! Never made my eyebrows uneven or thin, they always listened to what I wanted. My eyebrows were perfect!
Until recently this year the lady I would go to kept threading my eyebrows thinner and thinner! I noticed it on Valentine’s Day, that it looked like I penciled my eyebrows with a sharpie! I wanted to cry!
So I let them grow for two months and came back and asked the lady not to thin them out as I had graduation parties to attend. And alas, they were sharpies pencils again but even thinner!!! I was furious because I said out loud not to thin them out! She actually made one thinner than the other and made it look like an uneven shape.
I stopped going there and this whole summer let my eyebrows grow back and I went and visited Vishali and brow shapes in San Dimas! She saw the damage that was done and worked her magic on fixing them

I moved to the area from the Midwest and was in need to find a place that did eyebrow threading. Bina is a nice lady and does a good job. I always had trouble finding a tech that could get my right eyebrow to have a thicker look but she was able to finally get my eyebrows looking nice and even. She makes sure to ask if you want a thinner eyebrow look or more natural thicker look. I always find other places to not even ask and assume you want thin unnatural looking brows but here they take their time with you and make sure you are happy with your look. There prices are reasonable as well. This is now my place to go for threading.

I’ve been going to glory threading for a good 3 years now and even after the owner changed I still liked going here. Yes, sometimes a few hairs are missed here and there but overall I always go back. All the ladies are nice and take their time. I love that they have the stamp card where you get a free threading after a few visits. Their prices are reasonable too. I would definitely give this place a try if you are looking into threading services.

Tried this salon for the first time. They quickly got me seated and started their job. She was patient enough to do the eyebrows properly but the pain was horrible. I tried threading in many other places but never had so much pain. I gave 3 stars because the eyebrows came out fine :)

My daughter and I come here all the time. We’re always satisfied with the service. It’s quick, cheap and Srija is always very pleasant. We have no issues with this place. :-)

My first time there and 2 ladies were sitting there listening to loud music but immediately got up to assist me. I went in for eyebrows as my usual place is in Diamond Bar & I live in La Verne. I didn’t get the name of the lady who helped me but she had some terrible body odor. I mean you’re working very closely to people maybe applying some deodorant should be a must. As for my eyebrows, I walked out with uneven eyebrows. I will NOT be returning. :(

I went a couple days ago and I just wanted a clean. I normally get my eyebrows done in Anaheim but I live in Pomona and didn’t want to drive out too far. It was not a great decision. I only asked for a clean up for the extra hair grown on the bottom. I loved my shape and how it looked already. I came out looking like Ronald McDonald. Sad. It’s okay if it is messed up but i absolutely do not like when it is SUPER thin and starts with a ball of hair in the middle. But they managed to make that dreadful shape that I was trying to avoid. I would’ve given a one, but they had very good customer service, but I wouldn’t want to mess up my eyebrows just for good service. NEXT!

I’ve been here a couple times, and I’ve been very happy with the results! The ladies are always very friendly and make me feel comfortable. They understand what I want, and execute it perfectly!

I just moved into the La Verne/​San Dimas area and found this place on Unilocal.Read some reviews and decided to try it. I went over to their location in La Verne last night at 7:15 p.m., they were closed.
I called them today asked for their closing time and was told 7 p.m. They have there posted hours as 7:30 on their door and every business listing I could find. I do not like this.

I’m tempted to give them 3 stars but I’m going to give them another chance. My first experience here was pretty good. No wait, quick service and I thought my eyebrows looked pretty good on first glance. So much so that I brought my daughter back with me a little while later. The threading process did not hurt here as much as it has at other places so that was a huge plus.
2 things that need to be fixed:
1. After closer inspection at home, they did not do as good a job getting the underside of my or my daughter’s brow line and they didn’t do a great job trimming the hairs. After an hour or so, we both noticed long hairs hanging below the brow line.
2. We came for another visit during their posted business hours and they were CLOSED! Doors locked, lights off, closed. No note, I hope there wasn’t an emergency but I do expect a place to remain open if their sign (and Unilocal) says they are. I don’t like wasting gas and that trip was a total waste.
That said, because of the price and the fact that it didn’t hurt as much as other threading places we’ve been to, we will undoubtedly give them another chance. Otherwise, even at $ 7 it would be a waste. I will update after my next visit.

So, they just opened this place down the street from my house. Which is awesome, because i usually drive to Montclair, West Covina, or Baldiwn Park to get my eyebrows did at Eyebrow Image. There’s another one of these in Azusa, so went i went to look up at the website, i saw that it opened up one here in La verne. I had to check it out. It’s been open for only week, and they totally got me coming as a regular.
I got there, there was only one person working the shop, Rita. Reasonable because they just opened. She was threading another customer when I got there. When it was my turn, she was really nice. Engaging in conversation. She also took time and concentration in doing my eyebrows. Other places, the girls will do it really fast. Yeah, they did good, but not like WOW. When Rita was done with my eyebrows, I was soooo happy. She gave me back the arch in my eyebrow that i’ve been waiting to reunite with (It got lost with the different people who have threaded my eyebrows). They were shaped nicely and so clean. I never had a fixed lady to thread my eyebrows, but for sure, RIta will be my threading lady from now on.
Okay, the pricing. This is my FAVORITE. It’s $ 7.99 for eyebrows. Already a dollar cheaper than the Eyebrow Image that I used to go to. HOWEVER, if you show your STUDENT ID, you get $ 2 dollars off! I ended up paying only $ 6 bucks for amazing eyebrows (dont worry, i tipped her pretty well)!!!
This place is definitely a must. Especially if you like being a bargain shopper and looking good!!! GO GO GO GO GO GO!!!

OK so I will NEVER GO BACK. I had such a wonderful first experience. I went back, and a young girl did my eyebrows this time. I told her just to clean them up a little b. c I’m growing them out. I told her just the hairs on the side and such. Well guess what, the chick took my eyebrows practically off!!! She then gave me a mirror after working on them to show me and I said «you took them off!» and she was just staring and asking if I like it, I said «no, you took the whole front off». Then the owner or manager or whoever came over and started speaking to the girl in indian… then the lady tried to make my other eyebrow match my practically non existent eyebrow. I wanted to cry, I was fighting the tears back. To top it off, they CHARGED me for this even though it was obvious to the manager that the girl did eff up. I shouldn’t have paid but I was just so distraught I did it anyway, of course I did not tip. As soon as I got into my car I started crying becaue I literally had LINES for eyebrows now. After years of working on them to get them thick. I will never ever come back here again. I still love threading but I will find a new place. Do not go here! The work is NOT consistent. You will be sorry!
