Chili’s Grill & Bar

Service was fantastic. Food was mediocre. Manager was lost. In fact, I have no idea how she got that job. Wife and I came here with another couple. we ordered the 2 for 20. Wife picked the 6 oz. sirloin and asked for Medium.. It comes on a skillet on top of a bed of asparagus. Outside was well done, inside was bloody al the way through. Server takes it back for extra cooking. she returns and asks my wife to check it. Wife cuts into the steak and finds a hole in the middle. It was actually black inside the hole. Our group and the server agreed it was gross looking. Wife asks for a new steak. Manager lady comes to our table. She has my wife’s plate in her hand. She has all the personality of a mortician. Does not introduce herself. Simply asks my wife what is wrong with it. Wife says it has a hole in it. Manager tells my wife «well, you did slice it’. wife says «yes, that is how I found the hole». Manager leaves without an apology. Server brings new steak. New steak is even more rare than the first one. Server offers to cook it longer. wife says no thanks. she will take it the way it is. Wife is a former server. She knows what happens if cooks get mad at customer. Wife ends up sharing fajitas with other couple. As we sit there, wife slices up her steak. Each piece was completely bloody. It is totally rare, not medium.
As we eat, manager comes by and gives wife $ 10 worth of Chili’s Dollars for her trouble. Manager is not concerned at all she might be serving bad meat. Manager never smiles, never apologizes.
Wife took her steak home and thought she would feed it to our dog. Our dog is 13 years old and has a few health issues. We decided not to risk it.; We threw the steak out. In other words, we would not feed a Chili’s Steak to our dog.

The salmon was delicious, the waitress was very attentive, will come again for sure!

The service and food quality here has really gone downhill. I used to come here all the time with my dad, but now it’s not even worth it. Most waitresses are inattentive while the food is mediocre. However, my dad and I decided to give it another chance.
I ordered a salad and it didn’t come with half the vegetables the menu listed, only two pieces of cold, not fully cooked chicken, and a sliver of avocado. Alternatively, my dad got the tacos and the beef was terrible quality. We shared the table side guacamole bowl, and the bowl was only half filled, if that. Our waitress was either blatantly screwing us or didn’t know the proper amount of avocados to put in. Nonetheless, she only checked in with us once and it took over ten minutes to order. This was like at 3pm too; no one was there.
Terrible experience.

Terrible service. No greeter upon arrival. Waiter was a tall, young guy who was a smart ass with my elderly father. Not cool. Food was too spicy and slightly gross. This place needs new management. It used to be good.

Went last night and was sick with 2 hours. Food poisoning, and we’ve narrowed it down to the chicken. I feel like death. So bad.

Came over here for dinner and booked a reservation on NoWait and said about 5 to 10 min wait and didn’t see the point since got there and still waited. Service was good but getting the food sucked and took awhile to come and could see why as I saw others getting up looking for their server. Nothing to jump for joy about.

Came in today around noon thirty and was having a really bad week. Lucky for me I was seated with the sweetest server ever! I have a lot of allergies so yes I can be annoying but he answered all of my questions with a smile. I never once had to ask for a refill, becauee my glass was never empty (I drink water like a camel). I want to personally thank Robert for being a gentleman and putting a smile on my face in a week where I did not think that was possible. Not only did he get me to crack a smile but he had me laughing too. I will be back to thank you in person and to have another burrito as per your suggestion (it was fantastic). You are the Bees knees mister

This is our local Chilis bar and grill. I ordered a Grey Goose martini straight up… the drink was very «watered down». I returned it immediately, informed the bartender and requested another. It was a bit better, but obviously diluted. Martini number three was much better. If watering down straight up alcohol is their practice, I can only imagine how diluted the mixed drinks must be… I’m not a fan of local establishments ripping off their loyal customers and will spend my hard-​earned dollars elsewhere.

The food was great, but i cant say the same about my service. My friend and i got the two for twenty deal. We didnt recirve our appetizer until after the food. Bwould have been nice to get it sooner, but it was still delicious.

Best Chili’s ever! Friendly and fast service… and great food :) Always a good time when I come here!
