I am very disappointed in the services provided. When I had my taxes done I was given a price of $ 225 for a simple short form. A few days later it was discovered that I qualify for a tax credit so Al assures me it’s no big deal, he just has to plug the deduction in and the computer will re-​figure the corrected amount I owe. Lo and behold it turns out I am instead getting refund so what does the office do? They almost DOUBLE the bill from $ 225 to $ 375. $ 150 to input one line into the computer program? I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next year and encouraging my friends/​family to also go elsewhere also.

I made a HORRIBLE mistake of hiring them for our company, they are nice at the beginning then they all treat you like you are retarded, and their attitudes are like they are the Gods of Accounting and you are always wrong, they hang up on you, even if you talk to different people they all have the same attitude. They made a mistake by not completely informing me of something and they just wont accept it and apologize, you will NEVER hear them say «Im sorry for the confusion» or something of that sort.
