This company had my dog from 1 PM-​8 PM. I wasn’t hearing from the groomers so I called to check up after hours of not hearing from them but was unable to reach anyone at the shop during office hours. Come to find out that they were calling the wrong number. I was worried sick about my dog and finally I was able reach the owner whom was rude to me. She took my dog out to Streator, IL where she left my dog in a cage in her van with no windows open and no water. She then charged me extra for her mistake. I’m appalled by her lack of compassion for my 15 year old dog. I trusted this company with my dog and would never trust them again. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful people-​they love the pets and are very accommodating. The owner is super friendly and recognizes how wonderful out pets are.
