Wendy’s

The food here is okay but the service is just horrible, even from the managers. It just seems like they don’t care about anything.

I love the Chicken Club at Wendy’s — so I stop here occasionally for my «guilty pleasure»! Usually I am in/​out of the drive thru with fresh and yummy food. However this visit was a little weird. I pulled up to the window and was handed all of my food — then drink. Usually I pay first. But It seemed like an after thought to take my payment. So as I sat at the window waiting for my receipt the clerk looks at me — waves her hand and says «your done». I looked at her and said — I’m done as soon as you provide me with a receipt. She seemed annoyed yet flustered — then handed me my receipt without uttering another word. Awkward. Normally I’m so impressed with this stores high standards and excellent customer service. Not so much this day.

Food is good and all, but customer service is extremely poor. I dealt with the manager lady and she called me a vulgar and demeaning name in Spanish not knowing I understood. Can’t see myself going back with her around.

Love the apple pecan salad! The customer service sucks! I called to speak to the manager and she didn’t understand English! People get it together customer service and good food go together!

I could not believe the rude girl allowed to work there! Horrible! Went there last night, didn’t catch her name but to describe her dark hair in a bun and heavy set. She would be the one without a smile on her face. I actually had another lady come up to me and apologize and tell me she would talk to her. I was in shock. It wasn’t busy, she just had a very bad attitude. I don’t leave negative reviews but this one deserved it. Instead of being engaging she said «here, here, here» when it came time to give me my card back and my drinks. I don’t think I will be back now and I’m a local who works a lot and has a husband to feed, and I have a big mouth and will tell them of this incredibly rude service I received.

Clasdic wendys. A step up from jack in the box and mcdonalds. Everything is good hete and the meat is square! How is that not fun. There applewood bacon is always awesome.
