Why would anyone eat at Chipotle, maybe it’s just this one. Unless you like paying 10 $ for a rice and guacamole burrito/tacos. Their carne asada is the worst I have ever had, chicken is not much better, only the carnitas is good if they manage to put more than a speck of it in whatever your ordering. Chipotle is such a rip off, your better off going to a taco shop. I’m amazed at how this business has flourished, o wait, they cut cost by not adding meat to your order.

Gets busy at this location but good food. Been here at least 4 times. Employees are friendly and helpful. The only time I had a problem was when they didn’t put my guacamole in the bag. I happened to check before leaving and not only did they make it right they gave me an extra order of guacamole for free.

If I have to bring to your attention FLIES swarming all over your food and another fly doing the back stroke in the pinto beans that’s pretty bad. It was nice that you change out the pinto beans, but you didn’t bother to change out your green peppers and onions Hence the one STAR. Totally disgusted!

Sadly this particular Chipotle is a true disappointment. The service is mediocre and the food towards their closing time is a joke. We came here 1 hour before closing and the food was bland, burnt and when asked to do something extra with the meat they all(cook and hostess) looked at me like I had asked for shrimp tacos. I’ve been going to Chipotle since it was in the OC and this place just does no justice for the name. We have agreed to try it once more before contacting corporate about the service and food quality dissatisfaction. We know that when Chipotle has great service the food tastes better and the customers leave happy, but the last 3 times have been disaster after disaster.

Food is great, but half of the time I get mostly huge fat pieces of barbacoa… I do not enjoy most of the meat in my meal to have to be pushed aside uneaten. Customer service is efficient and nice, but the last 2 times I ordered online, they did not receive my order, same thing happened today too!

Why do you do me wrong Chipotle?! I love Chipotle but was beyond disappointed with this specific location. Came here after I got the buy one get one free coupon from Chipotle’s friend or faux quiz.(July 21 @ 7ish — pm) Upon arrival, swarms of flies. Absolutely disgusting but the place was still full of people so I thought, hey why not. Ordered the sofritas with guac and steak with guac bowl, two tortillas on the side. The customer service was rude. No greetings, just what do you want, what do you want, etc… We went through the line fast because they just didn’t care — plopped everything down and the portions so much smaller. Up to the cashier, she had the worst resting bitch face on, it was horrid. I said I had the coupon for the bogo, she just kept nodding her head. I questioned where the tortillas were and she just lifted up the aluminum and I said two, she said yes. I paid and all, 9.44 $ for two bowls, not too shabby I would say. No «thank you have a nice day» crap from her obviously, just handed us our bag and said NEXT. Went home, one tortilla and I had to share with hubs. Chipotle, 2 stars from me because I love the food, otherwise this place would deserve negative stars if possible.

I love Chipotle but this location had so many flies in it… disgusting! Not only were they were flying around but a bunch of them were sitting on the menu board! Doesn’t seem sanitary there!

This location was my first chipotle experience in 2009. I eat here at least once a week and I’ve never had a poor dining experience– great food, it’s always slammed(which speaks volumes), clean atmosphere and always a good staff.

Chipotle I love you and the food is amazing but the last three times I’ve eaten here they don’t let the beans or the pico drain so I end up with a watered down bowl. It was so bad today the bowl and the bag were both wet. Please don’t forget to drain them! I’m super disappointed

I really like this place, it’s really good and healthy I usually get the bowl with brown rice and chicken, this fills me up and satisfy me. When I’m in a hurry I like to go here to get something fast, healthy and good. I just wish there was one closer to the cove and that they open earlier :) just my thoughts. The employees are always greeting once I entered and with a smile on their faces. Great atmosphere, great employees, great food.

I love Chipotle and this place didn’t disappoint. Everything is up to standard and uniform compared to other Chipotles. I only have one complaint, which is why I’m not five starring this place. A group of us came in to order our bowls at the restaurant, while another group of friends ordered their food online for pick up. We were just going to pick up their orders and bring it back to them. I was in the line ordering my own bowl and asked about the other to-go orders. I was told that because the time for pick up was marked for 30 minutes later, the bowls would not be made for another 30 minutes. So I asked politely, «well I’m already in line now and ordering, can I just have the bowls made now?» Their answer was no, it’s already in the system… blah blah blah… I get it… kinda… But it just doesn’t make a whole lot of sense still that I couldn’t have the bowls made when I was already there in the middle of the assembly line and had to wait 30 min for the pick-up time! Now you know to always underestimate your arrival time when ordering online!

As I was walking in I was greeted, great service. I arrive just in time for fresh meat. I LOVE eating a chipotle burrito once in a while. Overall good, only con was that it wasn’t very busy and it seemed like they were really taking their time.

My wife and I live 5 minutes away from here and it is our home Chipotle. However there are definitely CONS to this place. First off the staff line up are not good at all they are very robotic. Now I love a packed bowl. I asked for double meat and the add 3 pieces more. That is almost an insult. When I call them out on it they say«It’s policy». How Corporate. I will still go here ONLY because it’s convenient.

No problems with this location. Had the chicken bowl. Everything tasted great. Price is fair. Crowded, with a long line but it moved along quickly. Just wish there was more seating. I always have to take my order to go since there are no tables open.

I wish there was an option for no stars. worst experience ever. I’m someone who goes to chipotle for big burritos. today I got a burrito the size of a 89 cent bean and cheese burrito from del taco… every person in there got a normal sized one. either it was the worker didn’t like me or someone was trying to be sparing. very upset. never going bac

«Oh my God, I love Chipotle! Chipotle is my life» haha one of the best vines I have seen and expresses the love for Chipotle I have. I have been to Chipotles all across the west coast from Washington State down to San Diego. I always expect every Chipotle to be operating at a high level and producing an exceptional product. The parking here can get tight during lunch hours, but it is worth the trouble for Chipotle. Always expect a line here! This place never seems to slow down, which is why they run out of items. They need better managing of supplies or preparing more sides. The food is good, but can be better like the sister store in Palm Desert. The workers here are either hit or miss on friendliness. It’s either you get the ones who bring you up or the snobbish ones that just are not paying attention. They need to step their game up on cleanliness, if they are overwhelmed on the customers then bring more people in to work. Overall, I would give this place 2 stars because they have a lot to work on. Start with the simple things like cleanliness and service. Chipotle has a higher set standard.

THEGOOD: Good prices. Quick service. Killer guac. THEBAD: The«greeter»… the first person who takes your order… is almost consistently cold and robotic. Lousy greeting, if any at all. Ask for anything special and he/she looks at you like a zombie… annoyed that you’d throw such a «monkey wrench» into the operation. The chicken. Blech. Use to be good. Now gristly… fatty. I spit out many pieces. Used to look like all white meat. Now I don’t know what the hell parts of chickens they’re hacking up. Horrid. The outdoor seating. Tables aren’t kept clean. Birds land on the covering and poop all over the ground while you’re eating. Piles of poop splattered all over the patio while people are eating. DISGUSTING! Won’t return.

This place sucks. I love chipotle But they really need to get their shit together at this location. Unorganized, always run out of shit and when they actually have stuff, they say they don’t. I don’t even understand what goes on here, maybe management. Workers here are also snobby. Turned off. Seems as though it’s always the night shift, they rush people out also.
