Our truck broke down 600 miles from home and we took it to La Quinta. The service advisor (Val) worked us into their schedule and did a great job keeping us informed on progress. It took 5 days to get parts and a day or two for the 9 hours of labor to install the new turbo charger, so it was important to us to know what was happening.

Update:
Called management and ownership and nothing has been taken care of and no calls returned.
It has been a month and the reverse lights still don’t work, interior lights don’t work, and options not installed.
This dealership just doesn’t care about anything but the initial sale.
Go to Selman Chevrolet! It is worth the drive to avoid these people!

I had problem last year and I called the Service Manager Dan and left Dan a message. Dan returned my call. I then return Dan call to me and left Dan message. To this day Dan has not returned my message I left for him regarding my issue.
Just week and half ago, I came into the dealership to ask a very simple question regarding my vehicle. I was greeted by one of the Service Advisers with a rude tone just minute I will be right with you. After about 10 minutes of watching this Service Adviser stapling paperwork and ignoring me. I went up to the Parts Department were a really nice gentlemen helped me.
With the experience I have had with Dan and the Service Adviser it does not leave me a comforting thought about bring my vehicles into your dealership for service or to purchase a new vehicle.

I am not local but on my way to Arizona from Long Beach my transfer case went out on me. I was lucky enough to still be able to driver it on 4hi from Palm Springs. I was greeted by Lorena-Service advisor and went ahead and explained my situation. I was treated like a regular with great customer service. This is especially important being in the vulnerable perdicament i was in and so far from home i felt warm and fuzzies that she would do everthing in her power to resolve my issue. I went ahead and rented a car to get back home. The only thing i would change would be to get a daily update on the status of my Vehicle. In my case it took 8 buisness days to get my vehicle back because parts had to be ordered. I have had experiences with other vendors for differint things where they keep you updated daily if even via a system generated email or SMS. Lorena-Service advisor is truly an asset to your organization.

Scammers. Let my boyfriend drive off the lot saying a bank would approve him and let hit drive the car off the lot for 5 days and all of a sudden hes no longer «qualified» for the bank loan!!! Why would they let him leave without making it a fact that he would be approved. I recommend staying away from here and the guy named Armin. Definitely seems like a place to take advantage of young adults in their 20’s. Im assuming it’s because they think we aren’t as educated but when somethings fishy i know fishy!!! BE CAREFUL, and do your research. I definitely learned a lesson myself. Never again.

This Cadillac dealer located off of Highway 111 very good service the people are friendly staff not really trying to push a car on to you they showed me all kind of new 2016 Cadillacs and they gave me that friendly service made me feel good then have to be on a pushy salesman at all they were real reasonable they had patients so the pizza place to visit in test drive a new Cadillac

We found a vehicle we were interested in and drove three hours to check it out. We were in the parking lot looking in and out of the vehicle for 20 mins and no one came out to talk to us-we had to find them inside! We finally test drove, decided we liked it and sat down for negotiations-that’s when it got shady. The salesman seemed like a good guy but the sales manager is into trying to do old bait tactics. They tried to slide another tax on there even though we said we were registering it in another state. They also tried to run our credit even though we told them we had already been approved. When we refused to fill it out (it was a private company credit application) they said they couldn’t sell us the vehicle unless we gave them our personal information. Needless to say we walked right out of there and did not purchase a vehicle. We will never go back and would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

As a last resort my 20 year old truck was having smog problems, I turned to the dealer as the net and smog technicians didn’t help, I expected no customer service for a little information, was I wrong, I explained my problem to Lorena she fully understood my problem and talked to her technician her response from him was a road I already went down, again she understood so her next step she had the service manager Mr. Gomez who took me into his office and truly wanted to help, neither employee wanted me to throw parts at it as a «maybe» fix. So he recommended a mechanic that specializes in my problem, both employees gave me respect and over the top customer service. I believe if I were to have a problem with my vehicle it would be resolved

WARNING this dealership put us in danger. I took our vehicle in for a problem with the brakes. They said they couldn’t find anything and decided to fix something else. When the problem persisted I took it back, some rude jerk named Justin decided to raise his voice to me and say there wasn’t anything wrong.
After my car ACCiDENT caused by the problem they never found the third time we spoke to a manager who assured me the other manager would call us by Monday to discuss the ridiculous charge of $ 1600.00
Here we are on Tuesday and no call. Stay safe and eliminate having to talk to rude employees, lying managers and take your business elsewhere.
