My Place Mexican Fresh Food

*Note* this is listed as closed, cannot be, I just ate there yesterday.
I saw this restaurant connected to a bar as the passed the AM/​PM arco gas station. Since those chicken sandwiches are almost two bucks I decided to see what pricing and food was available here. They had enough parking for 3 or 4 people, the restaurant had 3 seats, so I think it is to go, mostly. However, once inside they have a television and booth seating, napkins, salsa.
They guy who was there was very friendly, took my order, cooked it, served it and then took my payment. Not many people here during lunch, I can only imagine that if the bar next door was open, I would take my food and go sit there. No limo service, no vegetable garden, no concierge or 1000 dollar champagne, but I judge this restaurant as it should be judged, by correct standards, and for an affordable and tasty eatery, it warrants 4 stars.
I had the quesadilla. The tortilla was homemade and ready to go, but, they grilled it so it was toasted and brown on the outside, I love that! The asada meat was warm and in its own juices and some wonderful seasoning. The cheese, well, it was just cheese but made well and combined with the asada meat and the optional cilantro, onion and anything else you request. I added lemon and their green salsa for the perfect quesadilla.
LEMON? Yes, this was the first time I ever used lemon on a quesadilla. When the guy cooking it asked me, want lemon, I said, yeah! I really enjoyed it, never thought I would mix lemon and cheese, but I did. It drove my stomach crazy in a GOOD way! My stomach, which in Spanish is «Pansa» went crazy or in Spanish «Loca.» Making my Pansa loca and making my hunger dance like Ricky Martin in 1999.
