Mmm, stopped by here for a quick lunch break with my coworker. Service was nice and prompt. We ordered and grabbed a table and waited for our number to be called. Instead, the food was brought to our table. How nice! I got the Jr. Whopper and it was bomb. Noms. Location was clean.

This Burger King sucks. I go in often because it’s right next to where I work, but Im not gonna go any more. The coffee is always old and cold. I order 2 double cheese burgers, and get 2 single burgers with old stale bread! The bread was so old that it crumbles and falls apart when you touch it — gross! The bathroom is alway stinky and filthy. Stay way.

Slow service! There was only 1 car in front of me at the drive thru & there was NOBODY inside the dining area. Yet I still waited about 20 minutes for my damn food. The girl at the window was rude and she shouted my total from a couple feet away from the window. Wtf who does that! Will not return to this location & I do not recommend anyone to try this place out.

I think I have only rated 3 things with one star… This place got my order wrong, had stale bread on my burger, hard on the edges. And it gave me some old sauces that were put in these Togo little containers. I was shocked that such a big franchise could be so different than the other burger kings

I have to agree with the reviews I have read regarding this location. The service was horrible, the food took forever to receive, and when I finally did receive the food it made my stomach hurt. I definitely will not Be returning to this location!

It was Friday, March 28 and McDonalds was overcrowded. Since I came in early to work my lunch was early but McDonalds stopped service breakfast at 10:30am. I remembered Liz O mentioned the croussaints so I decided to give them a try. Its still fast food but I enjoyed it. Soft fluffy egg, crispy crousaint was good. I received friendly service from Esmerelda and the entire staff. A cool looking soda fountain, will post pics later. Parking is not hard to find during the day time. This is a great option for a quick breakfast. Stopped by this location a few times and each time was not better than the other! The location off valley(not much here but muffler shops) is a bit ghetto and always seems to have some construction going on nearby. Visit one, i noticed the prices are a bit high here! Come on it’s burger king, not Umami. Why are your prices higher than other locations? visit two, i see a great combo deal and order it. I’m told that the special advertised on the menu is NO longer available! Please take down old adverts! alright i got something else that i was not happy with. Visit three, tried a new sandwich which looked nothing like the picture. And my drink was flat! Also paid a very high amount for bad fast food. Sorry.but no Visit four will be in my future!

Service is absolutely horrible! Workers are rude and dont take any care in making your food! This place is expensive and the restaurant is actually ugly and dirty! They just remodeled and they just placed new paint over the dirty paint! Try else where, subway is right behind it and much better!

This has got to be the worst Burger King ever! Wow! The service was soo slow, not to mention the girl working the drive thru was extremely rude — First she tells me to wait for a minute before ordering, which is fine… but after 7min with no response I finally ask if she’s ready to take my order and I get attitude for speaking up? So I order a breakfast biscuit sandwich and a coffee, she gives me my total and I pull up. then after waiting another 5 minutes she comes and tells me they are out of biscuits. What? Why didn’t you tell me this when I ordered? So I Change my order and wait… another 5 minutes and finally get my food. Total waiting time — almost 20 minutes for a bk wrap and a small coffee??? The best part was when I asked for ketchup… she rolled her eyes at me, Really? For asking for some ketchup? I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you like crap service, then by all means stop by this dump. I will never come to this BK ever and would highly suggest you do yourself a favor and stay away!

This location is horrible. My wife and I walked in and wanted to use the restroom before placing our order. The dummy at the counter said that the restroom accepts quarters and that the tokens are for customers. We are customers Idiot. We are not taggers and we don’t look like taggers. Needless to say we left and will never return.

Seriously. I need to stop coming to places like this when I’m tired, starving and to lazy too get outta the freaking car. Their fries aren’t all that great. The burgers… no matter which one you get, all taste the same. And I think they purposely design all their cups not to fit in my cup holders in my ride. Bastards :[ Although, munching on fast food when you have to drive through the nasty 60 traffic is the best way to stay awake and get your protein and carbs on.
