I was there visiting a friend in the ER and the service the doctors and nurses gave was horrible. The doctor literally threw a sample cup (not used, yet) on the bed to end one conversation. I also overheard the doctor and nurses «venting» about how my friend, and other patients, were not going to be treated because they didn’t like dealing with them.
Way to go earning trust!
