I recently took my mom to Steven Chou’s Law Office for a 9:00 am appointment, and he wasn’t at the office. The receptionist called him 3 times, and he didn’t pick up the phone. We finally left after waiting for 30 minutes. We understand he may have had an emergency, but he never called my mom to apologize and/​or explain why he didn’t show up for the appointment.
