I was born with single-​sided deafness, and it was time for new hearing aids. I requested and received a referral to Sound Solutions from my PCP. I called for an appointment, and a few weeks later, I was in the office for an evaluation by Dr. Jodi Stephens. My evaluation was thorough and complete, and Dr. Stephens, Judy Correa and Dr. Miller worked with my insurance to determine my level of coverage. Ultimately, Dr. Stephens recommended Phonak CROS hearing aids (w/​Bluetooth!), and I received those recently. They are amazing, and I can hear well in most situations, even when I’m running, riding a bike, or in windy conditions. I returned to Sound Solutions for a follow-​up appointment to request minor adjustments to the hearing aids’ programming and to adjust the fit. Both issues were taken care of — and — I received the Phonak TVLink S which enables me to talk on my iPhone, listen to iTunes and the TV directly through my hearing aid! Dr. Stephens explained that Sounds Solutions provides follow-​up care, hearing aid service and even batteries as part of the patient care program. Sound Solutions is a excellent medical service provider, and I am absolutely satisfied and delighted to have met these wonderful people. Also, I must say: The office is staffed with gorgeous women who like to smile and laugh. :) If you have a hearing loss, you owe it to yourself to obtain an evaluation and the high-​quality customer service and audiology care available at Sound Solutions.

Sound Solution Hearing and Balance Center is a hearing testing facility.
I lost partial hearing to my left ear since my flight to Philadelphia in November. My left ear didn’t «pop» after the flight. After 3 doctors visit and a few phone calls (2 months) here I am at this facility.
The receptionist are very friendly and helpful.
I got escorted to a sound booth, where I went through a few test. The audio tech was very good with instructions and the testing took about 40 minutes.
His conclusion, I have moderate hearing lost in my left ear. I told him I could have told him that from the beginning, he laughed. Lol
So back to my primary care doctor, who should have sent me to an ear doctor to begin with. I already told him I had partial hearing lost, I didn’t need an audio tech to tell me that. My healthcare system is really screwed up. #frustrating!
This facility did it’s job and did it well.
