Amazing Flowers

Worst experience with a flower shop ever. I ordered the flowers over the phone with the owner who was very nice. I believe it was Tina. I spoke with her on a Sunday to make sure the flowers would be ready on Monday. We had a price and type of flower set, I told her I needed it for the early afternoon on Monday for a birthday. She said it would be ready and everything was fine. When Monday comes around no one is answering the phone number at the store. I show up at the storefront and the sign says OPEN in flashing letters, but a note on the door says she is out delivering flowers. I call the office about 10 times from 12:45 PM to 7 PM leaving messages, but no one ever answers. I show up to the shop 3 times to check if she is there, but the store is always closed to no avail. I saw customers lined up at the door wondering where the owner is. Still a day later when I call there is no answer. Avoid this shop like the plague. Ruined the birthday event because I ended up going with no flowers. Horribly unprofessional, absolute disaster.

If I could give this flower shop with no stars, I would. I usually don’t write reviews on Unilocal,but i felt the need to about this shop.
My friend and I ordered a maile lei here. We couldn’t get an exact price since she needed to contact a lady from Hawaii to make these so she told us that she would contact us for sure after mothers day and telling us what’s going to happen. Like how much it would be, the color of the flowers she could get and such. Got no phone call. Another friend of ours personally knew a guy that worked there and texted him about the maile leis. He told her that it was going to be $ 100. Both of us was shocked at this point because she had told me friend that the maile alone without flowers will be around $ 35 and if anything it’ll be a LITTLE bit more expensive. So we went to the shop and asked her about it. She pretty much told us that we HAVE to pay for it now since she «ordered» it already. So she ordered a $ 100 maile without our knowledge of the price. She began lecturing us and saying that we should respect her business more. Are you kidding me? She’s telling us that we can’t back down and have the buy these. No, I don’t think so. You did not ask call us to verify the price and ordered it without our consent. Horrible experience, horrible service. Never coming back here again.

Tina is a wonderful and caring woman who loves her work and loves her customers. I have been going to her shop in Cypress for several months just picking up small arrangements for my home and office and special occasions. I know she will have a big smile on her face as she takes her work seriously and passionately. Yes it is a family affair and you wouldnt believe how hard she works to make their customers happy. As her friend I am happy to see when she is cleaned out, and still puts on sweet, unforgettable any size fresh bouquets together! I highly recommend Tina and her husband at Amazing Flowers in Cypress! Hydrangeas, star gazers, lilies, roses, just call her up and she’ll have em ready.

The woman who delivered these flowers to me was the sweetest woman EVER! I’ll admit, it didn’t seem like your average flower delivery, but it was certainly personable and I could tell she really enjoyed her job. Most companies throw arrangements together and have some heartless delivery man drop them off without a care in the world. which is fine, I suppose. But the people at Amazing Flowers seem to understand that delivering flowers involves making someone’s day. And they certainly did their part in making mine!

I’m gonna be nice because they provided me with great service, but then again, I was their only customer. Anyhow, great service, but the wrapping stunk… if you ever seen European wrapping, don’t get it… the wrapping was huge, of course they provided more flowers with the wrapping at no extra charge, but it looked terrible. Anyhow, come buy some flowers if your really desperate and everywhere else is closed.

Horrible service. Unprofessional owner.
