Papa John’s Pizza

We order from this place all the time. Its never the best but its decent pizza & convenient because they deliver. Today has changed my entire view on them! Bernice is the rudest «manager» I have ever come in contact with. She refused to give me her or her bosses name several times. I’m not sure if this is because I was obviously going to complain about her or she really couldn’t comprehend the fact that she has a name & a boss & I’m asking for that information. She hung up on me several times & lied to me saying she cancelled the order when in fact she hadn’t. I didn’t get the charge taken off of my card until I called & reported this incident to their corporate office. Her excuse for constantly hanging up was either.“No I didn’t hang up” (That was really funny especially considering I had to dial the number again since she hung up on me) or she «has clients to help.» IM A CLIENT! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad customer service experience than what I experienced today. I called the «owner» (probably some random persons number she gave me so I wouldn’t complain to her actual boss) 3 times & left a message without any response & I have now filed a complaint with the corporate office. Bernice needs to be retrained on how to be a «manager» or put her in the back where she will not be around to upset any more of Papa Johns customers. Bernice just lost another customer for you guys.

Next time I go for pizza it will be Pizza Hut down the street. Haven’t had Papa Johns in SO long, so decided to get some carry out tonight for dinner. Ordered two large pizzas, chicken & bacon, and pepperoni & sausage. Ordered my chicken and bacon with thin crust, which it was not. Not to mention both pizzas seemed quite skimpy on the topping. I had a slice with 0 chicken, and one with 0 pepperoni… What is that?! Also, you would think if the product was mediocre, they would make up for it in customer service, but not the case here. When I told them I was picking up my online order and gave my name she had another girl grab the pizzas and left them on the counter. There were three employees standing talking/​joking at the counter and not one checked my pizzas to make sure they were right (and look at that…) or said a single other word. Not even a «here you go» or a «thank you have a good night», literally nothing. So I took my pizzas and left, and I will definitely not be returning.

The customer service is horrible. They forgot the salad when they delivered the pizza and when I called they hung up on me twice. When I called a third time I waited almost 5 minutes before they assisted me. Very disappointing since my family likes the pizza.

I thought they were OK considering the other reviews don’t seem that great. I’ve ordered from here several times and I can’t see it’s bad service or the best service. For a franchise, the pizza is pretty standard to their quality. The staff seem nice, the pizza took a little long but they were also very busy. All in all, the place is clean, the pizza is good, the price is even better, and the staff is OK.

Still absolutely terrible. Even 3 years later. This Papa John’s is where your pizza dreams go to rot and die.

Do not order from this Papa Johns. So I order my pizza for delivery and open my box and to see that my pizza and deliverer apparently went off roading. And to top it off they forgot my jalapeños. This is a pizza tragedy!!!

Good pizza wth lots of pepperoni… delivery on time and good customer service… I recommend it

Expect to wait a bit to get fresh out of the oven pizza. They always have great deals. Employees are nice also.

I ordered pizzas from papa johns for pickup and when I got to the store the morons told me the driver was at my house. where by the way no one was home. I told them to cancel my order and got food from another place I Will never order from papa johns again he needs to pay better to hire people that can understand something as simple English pickup not delivery!

My favorite pizza to get anytime, they are fast to deliver, no hassle come to the door, pay and boom. The pizza Is always awesome, love the garlic the include in the box, papa johns is awesome!

Service is good. They always have our pizza ready on time. Bonus points accumulate for online orders and lead to a free large pizza. Of course, the free one always tastes better. Great place when we need food for a quick meeting or party.

Just ordered a pizza for delivery delivery time was ok so was the pizza but the driver didn’t have any change. Is this a scam or what, my order was $ 15 all I had was a $ 20. I planned on giving the driver a $ 2.00 tip not $ 5.00 especially when there’s a $ 3.25 delivery charge. I would have sent it back but I was hungry & hadn’t been to the market. Last time I order here.

Papa Johns did an ok job. I ordered two pizza well done. The promised delivery time was 30 – 40 minutes. The delivery guy made it to the door in 35 minutes. The pizza order was correct and the crust was crispy. Only 3 packets of cheese and peppers each were included. Wish they would have included some napkins. The chipotle chicken pizza was just a glorified bbq chicken pizza with bacon, diced roma tomatoes and some cheddar. I was thinking the chipotle sauce would be spicy but it wasn’t.

They Don’t deserve one star!!! Worst customer service walked in and right away the cashier and another employe told me to hold on and the cashier got on the phone and started saying what’s up to his friend on the phone and talking to him I had to interrupt his phone call so the manger a girl told the cashier to transfer the call to her and had to wait 20 mins to get a large ready to go pepperoni pizza !! Worst customer service ever not coming back her anymore

Ordered pizza and wings… pizza good for a chain company. On the other hand wings suck almost called them for a refund. No drums in the box very little chicken! Dissatisfied.

There has been multiple times me going to papa jons to get «ready to go» deal and EVERY time they tell me itll be ready in 15 min!!! Worst thing EVER! they also added .99 cents to the $ 6 deal. So screw that crap im headed to little caesars!

While the product itself is ok at this specific location, the service and attention to detail suck.
I seem to have bad luck at this place… they always seen to screw up my order in one way or the other.
I only tolerate it because the Mrs. likes and my son love the pizza…
I will be contacting corporate on this… Yes I know is only pizza but it’s still my money… and yours too.

On Halloween and many other events getting a pizza is a great solution for people that are passing out candy to the kiddies! I haven’t had Papa John’s in a long time but wanted to check them out again just to see if things have gotten better or worse.
Well lets just say the price is the large pizza was I believe $ 6.50 or something around that if you pick it up. It took about 10 minutes for my pizza to be ready.
Got home and it was still hot and ready to go. Grabbed a bite and noticed that hey they didn’t give us any garlic butter that they are really famous for. Maybe it is because the pizza is a little bit on the cheaper side or something I’m not sure really why it wasn’t inside the box.
The pizza though had a lot of pepperoni on it and the dough was just right. :) Not bad but not amazing.

Although there were others who were complaining about the wait, my pizza. arrived right on time! As soon As I walked in there was a guy who walked over to the register and stood there waiting for me… although I asked him to give me a minute, he continued to stand there waiting… But as soon as I ordered my pizza… there were no questions asked and it even came out cheaper and faster then I expected… there were two other ladys waiting for a pizza but my pizza came first… by the time I was in my car I heard them complaining that they wanted their pizza… but they should learn to be more patient… for pizza.

Yeah this is the only choice for Papa Johns for us, so this is where we order. I have never been to the store for pick-​up and probably never will. When I order pizza from a chain it is because I am too lazy to drive out.
The pizza is always as expected from Papas. For our Super Bowl™ Party one of the 5 pizzas was not right, I called and they said we could go pick up a replacement or get one another time… I understand their problem with everyone getting pizza for the Super Bowl™ and we were not about to leave the party to go pick up a pizza. So they gave us a credit for a future pizza.
