If you want a doctor with good manners, this is DEFINITELY not the place to go.
I called today as a new patient to make an appointment. The person on the phone proceeded to ask me several questions including «Do you have PRO or HMO?» Once I answered «HMO, «she promptly said, «We don’t take HMO» and hung up.
Infuriated i called right back. It was the same lady and I asked for the name of the person speaking. «This is the doctor, Dr. Sugra. Thank you.» And she was about to hang up again! I told her how rude it was for her to hang up on people even if they weren’t going to be her potential client. She kept trying to cut me off and never once apologizing. Wtf kind of a professional is that?!
I guess she doesn’t know how crazy crazy moms get when it involves anything with their children. She’s lucky and I guess I am too for never having to meet her in person.
If she’s this rude over the phone, I can only imagine how she is in person, let alone with kids.

She is a very good honest Dr. I have been coming here since I was born and now I bring my three children here.
