After working with this lab for over a decade, I can attest that the lab does good/​fair lab work. However, this is not the reason that you should stay away from this lab. After the owner’s son, Howard, got involved with the pricing and new client acquisition; he ruined my relationship with the lab. I own three dental offices, and decided to give June lab the opportunity to work with my other two offices. Howard cannot seem to remember what he promised the doctors (or clients) he serves. He would promise me one fee schedule and charge me higher fee because he cannot remember what he promised to do in our meetings. Additionally, he would promise my office the lab cases by a certain date and not bring the case back to the dental office on the day that it is due. The morning after the case is due, he does not even call the office to explain to us why the case is not there. He is just a person that give you empty promises with the lack of following through. There were times when my patient was in the chair when Howard has told me that he would have the case back to us by the time the patient came in. The courier never ended up showing up on time and we have to waste our patient’s time as well as our time. I would stay away from this lab as long as Howard is associate with it. All you hear is excuses. Don’t be surprised if this happens to you.

June Ceramic Studio is top notch! The dental office that I work for has been using June for our dental laboratory needs for about 5 years now and we have been nothing but pleased. Not only does this lab use quality materials and create beautiful work for our patients, but they also have a quick turn around time. June lab has drivers in the area who can pick up cases any day of the week and it’s so convenient! They are also very reasonably priced, especially for the quality we receive.
The absolute best thing about this lab is Howard the office manager. He always makes sure we are completely happy with our cases. He even comes to our office which is an hour away from time to time to check up on us and make sure that if we need anything we are covered. His customer service skills are on point! The whole staff is pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend anyone who wants a quality yet affordable lab for any of their dental laboratory needs!
