Hi Hat Cleaners

I’ve been coming to this place for almost two months now. Every week I drop off work clothes. I also have them fix my new pants when I buy them. They’ve been kind, courteous, and always greet me with a smile. No issues with my clothes. They always look great and they always do exactly what I want. Both the gentleman and lady are always very helpful. It’s nice to find a place like this so close to the house.

I am so over this place. The reason why I say this is because not only are they discriminating but they come up with every excuse to not do shit when they have done it for me in the past.
I feel like when I come here I’m arguing with a fucking kid and it’s always the damn lady like I told her today after this drop off I am just gonna go some where else because I don’t like being discriminated and I don’t appreciate the customer service I get from her and the part that really makes me angry is after all the stupid arguing with her I come pick up my stuff and tell me why they actually do their job and get it done and I feel like saying see it is possible.
Times like this I do miss living in good old West Covina the dry cleaners knew me since I was in high school and not once did they ever give me or my family problems and I move to this area come to this place a good 5 times now and every single visit has been issues at this point I’m thinking of just visiting the old neighborhood and taking my dry cleaning there. If you like being told no, treated like shit, and being discriminated then go here if you can find another place I suggest you do!

I looked them up on Unilocal and I was not disappointed. They spot treated a white dress of mine that had coffee stains and all the stains were gone. I definitely would recommend is dry cleaners to everyone

Aside from turning out quality work and having very reasonable prices, the owners are extremely nice and sweet! All of my future cleaning/​tailoring services will be at Hi Hat

I go to this place to have my pants altered and not only do they do a GREAT job but they are friendly and the price is reasonable. I’m only 4’11 so I have to do this often… Zzzzz
