History

Established in 2002.

This company was started in 2002 when owner Eric Pivovaroff was in college studying business. Now a graduate, he continues to apply the knowledge he gained from his bachelor’s degree to his own business. However, no degree can substitute for exceptional customer service, integrity, and responsibility, which E.P. Maintenance strives for!

I grew up working for my family’s rubbish company before starting my own business. I am married to a wonderful intelligent woman who is currently working on her Ph.D. in botany and plant sciences. We have a dog and two cats.
