The new renovation looks great! I went for a gel manicure 3 weeks ago and the gel lasted the whole time! They have lots of color options. I went back yesterday and got the same color as the time before. I love smokey plum!

I LOVECRYSTALNAILS!!! I started coming here because my mom always talked so great about it and I was not disappointed at all! I love how all the ladies who work here treat me so good as soon as I walk through the door! They are all so funny and make me feel so comfortable! I also love how they actually REMEMBER me and my name unlike other nail salons who just remember faces here and there. The BEST thing is that they actually take their time with their work! They GOIN and give their 100% effort and I’m always left 100% satisfied. I suggest this salon to all my friends! You must try crystal nails out! I promise you will not be disappointed !

I have been coming here for over 20 years. All of the girls are so nice and do a great job! And the new chairs are a great addition!

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now — it’s my monthly little«getaway» with my mom. :) Everyone has always been extremely nice and accommodating, and they do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I like that they always remember our names and treat us like friends. The new remodel looks great, too!

I have been a patron to this salon for over 30 years. The ladies are very friendly & have always shown me how much my business is appreciated. They do wonderful work especially in hand painted flowers on your hands & toes. Prices are very low & reasonable. A pedicure in the massage chair with Sea Salt massage & hot towels to relax your feet for only $ 18 I highly recommend this salon to all my family & friends.

The prices are so incredibly good and on top of that they do an amazing job. My gels always stay on longer than two weeks. They are also so so friendly and personal there.

This place is disgusting. Walked in after a long day at work and was taken to a spa chair right away for my pedi. When I looked down at the bowl where my feet were going to be soaking shiortly I could see a serious ring around it. I told the girl it didn’t look clean but she just started adding water. The last straw was the mosquito that was floating in the filling bowl. I did a 180 and walked out of there. Seriously, avoid this place unless you are looking for an infection of some sort.

So, I have nothing but nice things to say about the ladies that work here but… their salon is filthy. I came here several times and was pleased with their work, but once the cockroaches came out to greet me I had more than enough. Also, They do not turn on the air conditioning, a huge no-no for customers who hate to be in heat. A pedicure/manicure should be a relaxing and soothing experience. «That’s all I got to say about that.»(Forrest Gump voice)

I try to come in every two weeks for a pedicure, they do a great job and the pricing is phenomenal! Is this a super high end salon? nope. But it is a good place to relax. The polish lasts for like a month without chipping! I only go every two weeks because I love the leg massage :)

I went here because of a review I read. I called ahead to see what the wait for a mani and pedi was. I was told to 10 minutes. This place had only three massage chairs. I sat and sat and sat. I called Jenny’s nails up the street they said no waiting so i bounced. I have no patients when a place tells you 10 minutes and then makes you wait.

First, let me just say that I can see why most people would be turned off by this place. Bad paint job, unsightly decorations, etc. However, the customer service is wonderful! I thought the prices were reasonable as well. I got a solid 20 mins in the spa chair, complete with a lengthy massage on both hands and feet! Without having to write a novel size review, all I will say is that I was completely satisfied as far as the job they did doing my mani/pedi. If you’re looking for a good brow/lip wax, ask for Kelly, she’s amazing! They don’t have a separate room for waxing though which can make for a somewhat uncomfortable waxing experience. Again, the customer service and friendliness was enough to make me want to return when I am in my hometown! Thank you Kelly and Lynn!

after walking a million miles in Paris wearing only flats i came back with banged up hobbit feet. you can imagine how cut up my feet were. i waited for my wounds to heal and decided it was time time for a pedicure. my brother’s girlfriend suggested i go with her to where she goes in La Mirada. so i said ohk, why not. apparently she and her mom have been going there for years because it’s cheap. so i trusted her thinking. ohk if she’s a regular then this must be a good place. boy was i wrong and boy was this place busy but why?! i was so confused. the place looked horrible. ugly blue walls and there was a dirty mop at the door. i don’t know. it must be the charming ladies who work there that keep their customers coming. they know their customers by name, ask them how their kids are, you know gossip gossip. so i was set on getting a mani and pedi. the lady asked if i wanted the spa or regular. wait, what? you charge extra for spa? the spa was being used(there’s three) so i had no choice but to do the regular. but how? i need my spa pedi and massage chair! so i’m thinking ohk i have to pretend i’m on survivor. the lady brought a tub filled with hot water put it at my feet and told me to soak them. i didn’t even soak them for 3 minutes before she started. basically it went like this: she washed my feet like they do on holy thursday. filed. massaged my feet and legs for 5 minutes. then painted my nails. my mani. i could’ve done what she did. i was pretty much in shock the whole time. i think she could tell. she massaged my arms and to make me feel better said«you have skinny arm» really? that’s not going to change the fact that the towel yr using is dirty and yellow and you just cut me and used the towel to wipe the blood and what the hell are you putting on my nails. that is a dior moisturizer jar filled with liquid. no no no. ladies yr nice and all but yr place is not clean. i felt like i was using a restroom at a gas station. $ 20 dollars for both. you get what you pay for. actually no. you get a shitty mani and pedi. well at least my feet look kinda pretty again since i went to a sleepover and got my nails painted. im probably going to get an infection or something and then my feet will stay hobbit feet forever. i am going to stay loyal to my Brea place from now on.
