Charm Zone Beauty Salon

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years now and wanted to share my good experience here. Charm Zone Beauty Salon is truly a diamond in the rough. The owner, Jennifer, is currently the only stylist and she does fantastic work. There isn’t a style that she cannot do. Walk-in’s are accepted and Jennifer is usually there until 7:00pm, which is nice since a lot of other salons close around 5:00pm. The salon is open 6 days a week so it’s easy to get a style done around your schedule.
Jennifer’s work is very exact, and I love going to her because I will never leave her shop crying. I’ve had so many bad experiences at «high end» salons that it is a miracle to get exactly the cut that I had envisioned, and at such an extremely reasonable price. If you go in for a trim, you will get exactly that — a trim. Jennifer doesn’t get scissor happy like 99% of other stylists and cut off too much. Adding to the pleasant experience is the fact that she doesn’t try to up sell you on product.
The feel here is very neighborhood-​y being located in a non-​descript strip mall. When you come to Charm Zone do not expect a head, neck and shoulder massage like all the frou frou places — just expect a consistently excellent cut that will leave you with plenty of money in your pocket to go out on the weekend because you won’t be hiding in shame from bad cut that has to ‘grow out’ as the other places like to tell you. Did I mention how nice she is? It’s rare these days to meet just an honest to goodness nice, genuine person.
