Canvas To Art

I ordered a few canvas prints from them as was VERY happy with the way they came out! Not only was the product excellent, but the customer services was great! Tony took care of any questions I had and gave great suggestions on sizing. I highly recommend them!

I ordered vouchers from LivingSocial and purchased 2 large canvases. After about 3 weeks had passed from my order date, I got a little worried and checked the website to see if there was any information regarding their turn around time. I was really surprised to see that they promised their product within 3 – 4 business days. I called the number provided on their site and was annoyed that I kept getting a busy signal. I called an hour later and someone named Christopher answered. He checked the status of my canvases and told me when I could expect them to arrive.
They arrived before the time Christopher estimated and looked fantastic! I docked a star off due to the misleading information on their site, BUT since they were able to tell me exactly what the status of my project was and give me an accurate time of arrival, I still consider this a positive experience. Especially since the canvases look great!
I suppose since my canvases were relatively large, it might have taken them longer to create. But 3 weeks is still a very large difference compared to the promised 3 – 4 days. If I could make a suggestion to the business, I would ask them to change the facts on their site to read that the arrival time could vary anywhere from 4 days to 3 weeks, depending on the size of the project so people don’t freak out when they don’t receive their product.

TERRIBLE.
Was looking to get my mother a canvas blow up of our family… we all got together and specifically had a photo shoot one day so we can give this to her for Xmas. Looked around and saw canvas to art claims «FAST TURNAROUND». Well, not so much.
About a week after I ordered I began to look on my porch. Nothing. So now its the 23^rd and I’ve been calling to no avail (their phone lines are only open during very specific hours). Finally today I call right at 12 noon when the «phone lines open up again». A guy answers and puts me on hold… literally no joke, over 10 minutes… there’s a clock on my phone telling me how long the call’s been going. So I hang up and call back 3 times… an answering machine picks up and tells me to leave a message… as I start to it literally hangs up on me. I try again… yep, hang up. SO theres another 20 minutes wasted.
Then I call back again at 2 pm and he gets on the phone and tells me that my order is about to go through to be processed. Wow… hasn’t even started.
I told him to forget the whole thing. He was very quick to refund my money. What he should have done after my explanation is get it finished and overnight it!
Now I have to rush around locally to try to get this printed fast by christmas. THANKS FOR RUINING MY MOMS CHRISTMAS PRESENT FROM ALL THE KIDS, CANVAS TO PRINT.

I think I’m going to move on from this company unless finances make me desperate to print a canvas here. I’ve placed quite a few orders and my most recent one reminded me that I can’t fully rely on getting a flawless canvas the first time (⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance).
Beforehand, I was much more patient going through the process to get a replacement since I wasn’t strict on time. However this time, their process time (3 – 4 days on their website) was more like 7 days. Based on my particular deadline, it left me no buffer for a backup that I intentionally tried to make.
My friend and I did a combined order and hers came out perfect (of course). Mine (more expensive one), arrived with «bumps» and lint sealed into the canvas (seen because it was on white). When I say bumps, imagine a tiny pebble or dried ink ball stuck to the top of the canvas and then it’s painted over. To make matters worse, since it wasn’t flat, the ink rubbed off this bump, making it an even more obvious flaw.
Like I mentioned before, the longer process time left me no room to call them up for a replacement, so I spent the evening fixing the spot with paint and spending more money purchasing a matte sealant just to lower the glossy reflectiveness.
It’s nice that they have Groupons and they had been my go-​to place in the past, but I want a company that cares about quality assurance and know better than to send out a product with those obvious kinds of flaws.

Bought a livingsocial voucher and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Their website wasn’t working, so I called and they went through the entire order process with me through the phone. I requested a photo proof prior to mailing, which they provided promptly within the timeline they gave me. I received email updates throughout my entire order process, and the canvas itself is beautiful. I would definitely work with them again!

I uploaded my picture and ordered a pretty large canvas and in less than one week, it was at my door. The online order process is very easy. The shipping was very fast and the product is perfect. The canvas is beautiful. It comes ready to hang.
I loved it so much that I bought another voucher and ordered 2 more canvases.

Canvas to Art offered me a re-​do after my prior experience with them two years ago and it was like night and day. This time ’round all of my emails were answered within 1 business day and the company’s demeanor was upbeat and positive. They turned around a Christmas gift canvas in just a few days, delivered it fast and it turned out just like the proof. When the recipient opened her gift she broke out into tears, it was that moving… A photo of her beloved dog who had passed away… Now the canvas is sitting in a place of honor.
Very glad I was contacted and given a second chance to try Canvas to Art. Things ran very smoothly and without a hitch even during the Christmas crunch.

Found out about Canvas to art by livingsocial! My husband and I recently got married and wanted to have a great pic of our wedding. We ordered the biggest canvas they had which I believe it was 40×40 or maybe 60 can’t recall. Service was smooth no problems what so ever!!! Received my canvas super fast and well packaged! Opened it with my hubby and we simply didn’t have any words it was AMAZING!!!

SUPERB. I first ordered from Canvas to Art a couple years ago with a coupon from Bloomspot. The print needed to be re-​touched and they did a fantastic job. I had an issue uploading the picture, but they took care of everything very fast through e-​mail. They emailed me a 50% off coupon for Father’s Day, which I used for two prints. One of the prints required a larger size than I had selected/​paid for, so they emailed me and offered to upgrade the size for no cost. What wonderful customer service! There are tons of deals out there on groupon and like sites that offer canvas printing, but I wouldn’t choose another company. They are exceptional.

I’ve ordered twice from them, and both times have been absolutely fantastic. The first canvas arrived perfectly the first time and we love it. The second canvas we didn’t do a great job in terms of matching the image we wanted to use with the size of canvas we were ordering, and when it arrived (a gift for my father-​in-​law), it just wasn’t at all what we envisioned. I called customer service and spoke to Vincent and he was awesome! He made a great suggestion that we change the canvas to panoramic instead, and they’re redoing the canvas for free. He even sent a proof of the new version within about 30 minutes of hanging up with him.
I really can’t say enough good things about Canvas to Art. The canvas is produced and shipped quickly and they’re super friendly and helpful over the phone. We’ll definitely end up doing more with them and are telling all our friends to check them out, too.

Whooaaa. I am so please with the experience I had with them. I just don’t understand previous comments, mainly complaining about the customer service. Bad comments are mainly from 2011 and older, so I guess they just improved a lot since then!
Ordering on their website is pretty straight forward and easy. But I thought I may need confirmation about the quality of the print because I wanted a big one, so I emailed them with some questions.
I had a reply just the day after, and start a great discussion with «Vincent» for several days, to help me and check with me colors and quality of the print, based on my picture and what I wanted.
I always had a reply same day (sometimes even within an hour) or day after from Vincent. I am french and still not enough confident of my english aver the phone so I just used email but definitly great communication and very friendly!
Also, the first file I sent was not perfect (a raw conversion problem) and I changed it at the last moment without problem, directly through Vincent by email and not from the website, and once again, very understanding and friendly.
I received my print promptly and just love it. Great colors, and very good sharpness for a big 24×36 canvas (I have a EOS 5D and just cropped a little the original file of 12.8Mp).
I had a bloomspot discount which make the deal even better (their regular price are really decent anyway), and I will order future prints using canvas to art without any doubt!

I am quite pleased with the quality of the product. I got a wood framed print and it looks pretty slick.
Communications were a bit slow overall and I had to poke them once when things appeared to stall, but service was personal and friendly.
One warning: their printers print dark, so take that into account when reviewing their digital proof. They had amped up the brightness and saturation on an image I sent them, and it looked a bit unnatural in the proof, so I asked them not to do any retouching. When the canvas arrived, it was significantly darker than the proof they’d sent me, and we had to do a reprint. I guess the moral of the story is to take their proofs with a grain of salt, and understand that they’re making corrections for their printers’ response.
They were very cool about the reprint, and sent me a whole new framed canvas, which looks a lot better. Major points for the smoothness of that correction!

Awesome product and communication. Could not be happier!

As another reviewer mentioned, I found Canvas to Art through Bloomspot. I had recently had professional photos taken for my website and wanted the «banner» shot done as a canvas. Canvas To Art did an incredible job; it is as beautiful as I had hoped and would have been worth it without the discount! I will use them again.

Consumers beware!
My first experience with Canvas to Art was wonderful. The company completed and shipped my order promptly, and was very satisfied with the quality of the product I received.
However, in November of 2011, I ordered a second canvas, which I have never received despite the company having charged my credit card for the order. When I attempt to check my «Order Status» on Canvas to Art’s website, I am unable to do so and am instead redirected to the pricing portion of the website. I have emailed Canvas to Art’s customer support numerous times, but have not received a response. I have also attempted to call their offices, but have been unable to reach anyone.
While I initially (naively) assumed that the slow return time on my order was simply due to the holiday rush, I now believe that Canvas to Art simply has no intention of ever fulfilling my order or refunding my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I recommend others whose orders have gone unfulfilled do the same. I am also investigating my other options for recovery.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very poor customer service, the web site says 3 – 4 day processing and 3 – 4 day shipping so realistically speaking, something ordered should not take 21 total days.
Go with some of the others instead, at least their voicemail box is not full when you call them. VERY disappointed.

I LOVED CanvasPop and thought Canvas to Art might be a great deal as well (came across through groupon and bloomspot) That was NOT the case!
The quality of the prints from Canvas to Art are awful in comparison– dull and low resolution (even though my original files are 6−8mb. They also provide no «digital proof» of what the image will look like with the wrapped boarders after you upload your image. The customer service is non-​existent. I have emailed multiple times with no response in regards to the status of my second order, which I placed online on 12÷7÷11. After receiving no communication, I finally was able to reach someone by telephone. Apparently 12 days later the order is «still processing,» even though on the website it states processing is 3 – 4 days.
CanvasPop is the way to go! Quality, vibrance, easy to upload images, customer service! Check it out!
Stay away from Canvas to Art– overpriced and poor quality!

UPDATE — GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM BLOOMSPOT
So yeah, everyone has the same bad experience.
Call Bloomspot, they’ll refund you. They were good about it with me. Be nice to them, they’ll be nice to you.
The vendor stinks and they know it (just ask the customer service rep to look up the vendor and see how many complaints).
They’ll offer you bloomspot credits, just tell them you want a credit on your credit card or a check.

OMG! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I can’t believe how wonderful it came out, Ive been ordering a bunch of canvases from verious deal sites, this is byfar the best one! I got this from bloomspot, I really wish I ordered more. service is great, plus I really put them to work with a lot of requests, background person removal, red eye, whiten teeth, date stamp removal, blemish, stray hair… but they exceeded my expectations, they really wowed me with the proof that was sent. great deal, everything I asked for was inclucded in the deal-​$ 39. I they have anymore deals like this, this is absoulutly my go to canvas site. My designer was Ryan Brueckner, Thanks so much!
oh yeah, and btw– If you don’t get a confermation check your junk folder, I wasn’t getting it so I called and they said they were having problems with hotmail and they were getting sent to the wrong folder
