This bank has always had the worst customer service I have ever seen, and in spite of me being very verbal about this they have done nothing to correct it. But now they have taken things to a whole new level of bad customer service! I have a disability and am older. I have been discriminated against because of this and when I said something to Juan the manager was met with antagonism and disrespect! He even told me I was not welcome in this branch anymore because a few of his employees did not like waiting on me! On behalf of everyone with a disability out there I don’t think they should get away with treating me like this, and so far they have! This is so unfair and painful for me! In the name of fairness and equality I would stay far, far away from this La Mirada branch of Bank of America! Let’s stand up for what is right everyone, please!

The reviews about the long slow line is valid as of today. I’m standing in said line so I figure since I’ve so much tiiiiiiiiiiime to waist, I can make the most of my time by confirming that the powers that be don’t see the need of having more than two tellers, all day, on most people’s payday.(Friday) I left twice today because of this line. This time, gotta suffer.(Shrug)

The lines here are always long and slow. The worst part is when you are waiting and then someone who has a business acct cuts ahead of you. I have a business act at boa but i can’t justify cutting ahead of a old lady to save a couple of mins. The tellers are nice but they look over worked and they need more of them.

The tellers are polite but the line is an inch per 10 minutes. The only reason I’m giving this place a 4 is because a brown-eyed Adonis of a man working there.

This is the B of A branch I frequent when I’m in town. Normally, I just conduct my business outside. There are two ATMs on each side of the entrance. During weekends, there is no wait for the machines. Have only been inside a couple of times. If I remember right, this is a branch where the tellers are well protected from anyone who plans to do harm. Overall, a fine branch. I prefer going here rather than the branch at Albertson’s on Rosecrans Ave.

The only reason I come here is to pay my mortgage. The line moves at a glacial pace and you can see the frustration in the customers’ faces when they just want to do a simple transaction, but there are 20-people in line and only two tellers. The manager doesn’t help the problem by walking up and down asking what we need. Obviously we need to see a teller. Once someone tells her the problem, she tells them that they need to see the teller. It doesn’t help and just adds to the frustration. Every time I’m here, the manager asks me why I don’t switch my accounts over to BofA. Every time I tell her it’s because the lines are too long. She insists that things can be done online fast and conveniently. The man behind me tells me that’s crap and the online banking system takes forever to update or will frequently go down. She’s not doing a great job of selling me on this… The tellers are really nice when you get to there — I just wish there were more of them. Just don’t expect to get in and out quickly. Bring a bagged lunch.
