Ryan is a native of San Diego and has always had the dream of being a business owner. After working in the IT field for 6 years, Ryan made the leap and launched his own IT company, TechiT Services in 2012. He prides his success on being a family-​owned and operated business that caters to the needs of residential customers and small to medium corporate clients. Through his past employment as an IT technician and advanced education and certifications, Ryan has years of Microsoft Technology experience that gives him the knowledge, confidence and expertise to provide his clients with exceptional service.

Ryan attended San Diego City College where he studied Microsoft Visual C++ and Microsoft Visual Basic Programming. Ryan started earning Microsoft Certifications in 2010 and is a member of the Microsoft Partner network.

Awesome service. James came and picked up both of our computers and had them back in no time. James was in contact with us throughout the whole process and kept us updated and we knew exactly what was happening with the computers. He brought the computers back to our house after their business hours. The price was extremely reasonable, cheaper than anywhere else we looked. Highly recommend them and would 100% go back for additional help.

After I built my first system and powered up, I ran into a problem I couldn’t figure out. Turns out it was a bad video card, but I was able to bring my system down and get the problem diagnosed within an hour of me first calling. Not only that, but Ryan went above and beyond by installing the new card I bought and checking all my other connections and verifying everything else was in working order. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I have to start off by saying that I hardly ever write a review (good or bad). I felt compelled to write this one because Ryan and his crew are THAT good! I started working with them about 2 months ago, and everything has been going smoothly since. We are a small company that needs tech support intermittently and TechIt is VERY responsive to our needs.
I find it very frustrating that in today’s world it is very difficult to find any service that is competent, prompt, courteous, honest — you get the picture. Well, I have been very impressed with TechIt. They are all of the above. As long as they are around, I will go to no one else.

You people are going to love this computer tech. He’s a hands on guy who will fix your stuff and you don’t have to take it in to a shop. He will work right there in your home or office. He is very knowledgeable and personable, too. He will talk to you and explain things to you. I will never go back into a shop.
