I love this store. Joe rocks, Rebecca Rocks… They all are soooo great! That means management rocks! Hey management, whoever you are, thanks for hiring people that care. You place worth on things like dedication, valuing people, and working hard. It’s so clear because it shines through your whole team. I will go out of my way to get my drinks from this store. Fortunately, I live around the corner and just pop in every day! I run a notary service and when my clients want to meet me, I take them here! My wife and I were baristas in previous lives, we know the drinks, and these guys are COFFEE MASTERS. SOOO Thanks Avocado and Campo Starbucks. You guys are the BEST!!!

Crystal is amazing she is great customer service.
I went into the Starbucks here just to get a regular pike roast but the way I ordered is just a little bit different than most ways and she is very easy to talk to when ordering the drink. She made it very very simple taking the order.
I’d like to order of the venti a pike roast put in a grande Cup and top it off its cold nonfat milk most people in Starbucks get a little confused for some reason but here was very easy to order and I was very happy with the service that was received I was in and out literally 60 seconds. That’s the Starbucks service one should expect from a big franchise such as this. This particular location isn’t very busy during 1 p.m. on Fridays in case you wonder if there’s going to be a long line as there sometimes is. Also there is no drive thru so if you’re looking to stop buying your car this probably isn’t the Starbucks for you you have to manually walk in.

I made an order today and my coffee was cold so I told the barista and he was so nice about it. He was very professional and went ahead and changed it. He also gave me a complementary gift card.

I used to work at a licensed Starbucks store for almost 8 years so I know the highlights and troubles of being a barista in general. I attend Cuyamaca so there’s a handful of starbucks locations i can go to get my jolt before class. I prefer this one. Every visit I make here is as good as the one before.
There is a guy who wears a black apron, and if you know anything about Starbucks, that’s a good sign of an ALL-STAR employee. Basically, he knows what to do behind the counter.
Just today, a nice gal offered to make me a sample of the toasted graham latte because she said she didn’t care for it, but I heard it was good. Rather than make me figure it out on my own, she helped me make my decision. I may try the graham latte hot and with soy next time, but I opted for my fave iced soy pumpkin spice latte.
In conclusion, the baristas here Rock!

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced from a girl named VICTORIA. If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually don’t write Unilocal reviews but I felt it was necessary. My mother received her drink with extra foam. She ordered no foam. I understand everyone makes mistakes which was not the issue, the issue was the way this girl went about it. Straight RUDE. My mom explained the situation to her & the girl with the BIGGEST attitude told her «IT SAYS EXTRA FOAM!!!» So I went up to her & I told her «my mom never orders foam». & she yelled at both of us saying «I’M GOING OK GUYS!» Then she purposely took long in finishing my mothers drink & kept looking at us & rolled her eyes. She finished 3 drinks before my moms when it was HER fault. On top of everything we were both late to work thanks to her attitude problem. Someone needs to give her an attitude check. I used to be a loyal customer to this starbucks & so was my aunt & mom but me & my mom will NEVER go again & I let my aunt know & she will not be going either!

I love this Starbucks location!!!
The staff is super friendly and they know my drink when I walk in.
Lately they have been super busy, but it’s not their fault another location is currently closed. They also have a lot of different/new employees working there, but can almost always count on one of the regulars working.

I went to this Starbucks location today due to the fact that the 24 hour drive thru is under construction. My sister and I ordered drinks with soy milk and it was EXPIRED! we called and they said they would remake it but we did not go back :(disappointed although I did see an employee from my favorite 24 hour Starbucks on Jamacha and Campo so that is the only reason they get 2 stars.

Thanx for a watered-down latte. I saw the barista add water to my soy chai latte. Super pissed since i paid for it. WHO ADDS WATER TO A LATTE??? Never comming here again. The water that was added to my latte made my HOT beverage taste lukewarm. Super disappointed. I just wanna know why would u add water? If u put to much chai wouldnt u just add more soymilk? I dont understand?

Starbucks is good, the clerks are always nice and patient. My favorite drink is the double chocolate chip. My only concern is Starbucks is somewhat expensive and should be more of about $ 3.

First, a barrista walking in from the patio literally closed the front door in my face. .. then I waited (4^th in line with 2 waiting at the bar) while the barrista taking orders waxed poetic with a customer… arrgh! I know the barrista has 4 hours or so to get through but I don’t have that long to wait for a coffee!
I walked out. Based on other comments the verrrry slow service at this store is not unusual. Guess I will search elsewhere. ..

Fabulous and super customer service! Hands down the best service I have received at any other Starbucks in 11 months. The shop was well stocked and very clean. The Barista’s were neat, professional and were all SMILES A+++++
THANK YOU FOR REVIVING MY trust in your coffee shops once again! I had to reset my password to their online Account to make payment… so I stepped out of a line and did so off to the north of the order/cashier location. I witnessed over 12 customers order, pay, go and everyone with smiles. Keep up the good work! I bought two stainless travel cups and a gift card because the shop next to my office has lost their smile and I don’t spend time or my money there any longer. Cha Ching$$

The slooooooowest Starbucks ever. Waited 14 minutes for an iced tea and it was the wrong tea!
The lady Barbara did not care to ask for my name or even repeat my order and there was no apology when I was given the wrong drink. I will never go back to this Starbucks. No matter how thirsty I am after the gym.

Okay — so let’s not focus on the food/drinks since they are all standardized. The customer service is okay, can be a long wait if you are a walk in versus a drive through customer. The focus, like in many fast food joints, is turning the customers in the drive through before the ‘dine-in’ customers. The ambience is very industrial. Following the new look of new built bux it has the strong woods and beams showing etc. Whether dine-in or drive through, there is always… always…a line.

During my visit the service and the coffee were both poor. I had to wait for the woman to finish her conversation with the other employees. I had to order twice because she was ignoring me and still listening to the others’ conversation. The coffee was horribly strong, I’m guessing it was brewed last week.

One of my favorite Starbucks to go to in the east county area! The staff is always friendly and greet you with a smile, drinks come out quick and correct which is a huge plus! Interior is like most has a fair amount of tables but it can get pretty crowded in there any time of the day really, it’s a pretty busy location, there is seating outside but same as the inside it can get crowded in the afternoon. Nice place to stop to get a coffee and enjoy the day!

This Starbucks is one of my two favorite locations on east county. I like the quiet atmosphere and there is always plenty of seating. The staff may not be the «fastest» but they’re very courteous! Prices are «ok» if you bring in your own (personal) cup you’ll get discounts on your purchase!

Alright, this is my (after a great workout in the gym stop.) Since its located in the same shopping center of the Gym I go too makes it great to go ahead and grab a cup of coffee. And am pretty sure after I get mine am going to need a 2^nd one for the wife as she usually text me asking for her drink.
Over all its «a-okay» I’ve had few awkward moments which I won’t go into details because could of been a «once» type of thing. Otherwise its great/friendly customer services which you find at almost all Starbucks shops is what makes me go back to it.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for a while now given it is on my way to work. I am happy to report that their service has been getting better and better. Today, I ordered their everything maple oat meal and the classic turkey bacon egg white breakfast sandwich.
The oatmeal was very good. (
) You have to mix in your nuts, berries, and brown sugar, and after you stir, it’s time for breakfast. The berries and but mix just added some yummy goodness. The breakfast sandwich was good as well. The bacon was a tad over done, but it was nice and crispy with good flavor. The bread and egg were moist and tasted good. (

The service was excellent. It was very polite, genuine, and speedy. I am very happy this place is right down the street from me.
