Business Owner

Richard Cervantes has been a mover and shaker in the real estate business for over 30 years. He has grown several companies, including those specializing in analysis, rehabilitation and resale of distressed or foreclosed properties throughout the State of California.

With a strong business ethic based in a trust and honesty, Mr. Cervantes has proven leadership, interpersonal and negotiating skills which have produced a long list of satisfied clients. As president of Allcare Renovators, Richard developed close relationships with government regulators and banking officials, which has facilitated the creation of his novel acquisition, rehabilitation and resale system.

Always staying ahead of the curve, Richard is pioneering RKC Properties, which is specializing in buying, fixing and selling apartment buildings, starting first in San Diego and then growing into a nationwide real estate investment phenomenon.
