History

Established in 1978.

Founder, Mike Rendon Sr. started back in 1978 with home remodeling and custom home building. New owners, Shawn Rendon and Mike Rendon, have been in construction for 25 & 27 years, respectfully. Since, Sr., has retired and we taken over ownership under the family name. Having completed more than 30 Million in repairs and renovations and with over 53 combined years of construction experience, we have the knowledge, dedication and the confidence to take on any project.

Business Owner

Over 25 years of experience in custom homes building, renovations, HOA repairs and litigation, home remodeling, additions, commercial/​tenant improvements and insurance repair.

I started out working in the field in various trades, working my way up into the office as an estimate, project manager, Sr. project manager/​estimator and general manager of a multi-​million company.
