I went here for the first time since it is right around the corner from my house. My nail tech is in a Chula Vista and I’m sick of driving all the way there. Annalee did a full set of coffin nails and I was skeptical to say the least.
Low and behold what a great experience! They turned out fantastic. When three of my nails were not looking right (something with the hell color), she redid them and they turned out perfect…
I found my new nail tech!

My Grandmother lives just up the street, so we bring her here for her nails and toes. Don’t anticipate a warm welcome here, or much less a smile. Although the staff usually relaxes a bit and acts nice after we get situated — it’s never very cheery.
My gel manicure lasted all of four days before it peeled off. I would have rather done a Sally Hansen job at home. Parking is good, location is convenient… and they have tons of colors to select from — but quality is mediocre at best.

Luana is the best of the best! Been going to her for basically 8 years now and always so happy with how my brows look afterward.

Cindy is the best! Always a smile on her face and very friendly. Does a great pedicure so will only ask for her next time for the manicure with her also. She listens to what you want and delivers it.

Been coming here for years. Always appreciate the care they put into their work and the relaxing atmosphere.

the workers there were very friendly the language barrier was not a problem.
The guy with the many tattoos did my pedicure and I must say I loved it. He took his time regardless if my manicurist was almost done or not.
I’m not giving 5 stars because my manicurist didn’t ask how I wanted my nails she shaped them how she wanted, I pointed out two different mistakes and she didn’t fix them she made one worse and told me I had to leave it because the gel was dry already.
I’m big on customer service and I don’t think a nail salon should let anyone walk out with messed up nails. The clear coat dried on my finger and when I took it off it took off the color on my nail so my day old manicure is messed up.

I came here today to get my nails done & was not disappointed Annale was my nail tech & she did a fantastic job. The salon was very clean, had a great selection of colors, & was playing good music. I will be back again.

Horrible customer service! I came in with my friend and they treated me very poorly. They were upset every time I wanted something corrected! They didn’t do as I asked and even acted as if they didn’t understand what I was saying. They even over charged me! I just gave up and left after I paid. I’m definitely never coming back!!!

They redecorated this place it looks nicer with the new tiles and new painted walls. Looks so fresh. I got Cynthia this time and my nails looooked so good. I’m always happy when I leave this shop. Totally recommend everyone is so friendly. Def my go to nail shop.

Obviously I don’t go here. However, my lady has and they jacked the prices up on her in a matter of WEEKS. That’s not okay. That’s scamming. Either they fix their prices, or they keep getting one star reviews and go under. So if you think you’re going to pay $ 23, expect to pay 30. Save money. Don’t go here

First time here. Price is moderate. Got my gel polish with manicure and white tip for $ 22.00. I will post an update to see if my nails will chip or lift after 1 week. Some of the salons I’ve been to, my nails

I used to come here quite often, but it seems the place has gone way downhill, perhaps recently. So here goes the story of the WORST fill of my life:
For over a year I’ve had glitter acrylics with stiletto tips and I’ve never once had a manicurist say they couldn’t do it– until I came back to Nail Time Spa. The lady tried incomprehensibly explaining that she wouldn’t do my normal service (which they actually offer) before insisting I choose a gel color. Naturally, I did, because I wasn’t about to argue with her, but I suppose along the way I managed to tick her off anyways. Let’s just say ya girl got a healthy dose of sanding tool to the skin.
During this whole thing I was getting a pedicure, which was actually pretty great (hence the added star), but once that was over everything went to hell. I asked for pointy tips. I got strange lumpy isosceles triangle creatures that were thick as cardboard. I tried to file down the points because they were ridiculous, and the lady ran up and started claiming I was going to ruin the nails, which would be pretty hard to do, even considering they were still sticky. Then, because fate was really on my side that day, it ended up costing about 20% more than the salon I usually go to– where I actually get a (typically) more expensive service.
Anyways, on my way out I talked to the owner and she said they’d fix it, which made me feel way better. That is, until I went back. I basically ended up leaving with the same thing but with a heaping load of attitude and yes, EVEN MORE POWER TOOLS GROUND INTO MY SKIN. I tipped her again because I have a conscience but trust me I won’t be back.
I suppose the moral of the story is that this place is a freaking lottery and you may get a pleasant pedicure, or some expensive torture… or in my case, both. Either way, don’t fix what ain’t broke; if you’re thinking of salon hopping here, don’t.
(P.s. the gel has chipped after one weekend)

OK I’ve finally come here enough to give this salon a proper review. I walk here because it’s closest to my house so I come here pretty often. Parking is always close and available. Services are incredibly affordable. Yesterday, for instance, I got a spa pedicure with polish and a gel shellac manicure for $ 30. There are tons of gel colors here and the gel polish has never chipped on me. I wear them for three weeks at a time before I go back for a change. Besides the language barrier and the salon looks a little on the ghetto side, I’m always super happy with how my nails and toes look after. The vibrating spa chairs are pretty rad too! Plus, the Golden Spoon is next door! How convenient is that?! ;)

I was not impressed with this place. I went to get a gel manicure and after she soaked off the gel that was existing she cut my finger with the emery board. She didn’t even clean the cut. I told the tech that I was trying to grow my nails and she still took a lot of length off. I feel like this place was a rip off.

I saw this nail shop while driving in the shopping center, and I wanted to try it out because I live close by. The first time I went there I was greeted at the door, said I wanted a manicure an asked how much the gel manicure was. It was $ 20 and I was seated and someone started to work on my manicure. The lady did an ok job but I felt like she rushed the manicure and the painting of my nails. Then the next day my nail polish on my thumb started to lift and I went back and told them. At first the lady who did my nails said it was normal but then I said for it to lift after one day is not normal. She started to file it and I pointed it out to her again and then she saw what I was talking about, fixed it and apologized, Now a week later it looks like my cuticles were not cut enough… The second time I went to the shop I got a spa pedicure and that was an ok experience.

Probably one of the worst professional pedis that I’ve had in a while. I came in today for a gel mani and a regular pedi. The lady who did my gel mani was ok… I didn’t like that the entire service felt rushed (even though the place was empty, with no waiting customers).
My pedi was what made this a bad experience… The lady that painted my toes cut my nails so short they look terrible! Multiple toes were cut uneven and so low that it hurts… when I told her they were way to short she said «it’s ok it will grow back», she didn’t even completely take off my old polish fully before she started painting the new color.
This place is cheaper, but getting crappy results is not worth it… This might be one of those places where you need to make an appointment with the 1 person who actually knows how to preform/​paint/​and deliver the results a customer wants.
I do not recommend just walking in and being assigned just anyone! Because you will probably get the lady nobody wants. I won’t be coming back or spending my money on this place again.

I came in today to get my gel polish removed and get a regular manicure. This was first time in. I didn’t want to wait until Tuesday to get an appointment where I usually go, so I Unilocaled this place. The prices are extremely reasonable. I paid $ 2 to have my gel polish removed and $ 10 for a manicure. They only charge $ 5 for a polish change. The tech that did mine did a good job. I’d definitely come back again.
The only thing I didn’t like was the strong smell of chemicals in here, I’m a little sensitive to this. The place I go to usually only does one or two clients at a time so this never seems to be an issue.

This is my go to nail salon. Clean, prices are decent, and they do a great job.
Mai does the best manicure! They have a ton of shellac colors to choose from. Best manicure I’ve ever gotten, and that’s why I keep coming back!
There is another woman there who does a terrible job.
