I have to say that I went into Dr. Williams office with a severe ache in my up left side of my mouth. I swore that I needed a root canal or something serious done. After x-​rays, Dr. Williams said, «you have no cavities, but you do have a sinus infection.» To my surprise, I was so relieved as I’ve always been very fearful of the dentist. I have to say that having a dentist tell you that you have no cavities really says something about his character. I truly trust this Dentist and will continue to go back and bring my kids. Thank you so much for your integrity!

#1 dentist in my book. So far so good. Beautiful new updated décor. He also has a new hi Tec x-​ray machine that produces hardly any radiation.

I really appreciate Dr. Williams’, and the enormous time and effort he’s taken to go above and beyond my expectations. His work is not invasive, there was minimal to no discomfort, he was diligent in following up on the work he had done, and made me feel as if I was valued as a patient. His pricing was fair, and his staff was very gentle, considerate, and professional. My teeth look better than ever, which has restored my confidence, and I finally feel healthy again. Dr. Williams is as good as they come, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking treatment.

Best Dentist I have ever been to. Kenny Williams makes everything go so smooth. Those who know me know that I am anxious about going to the Dentist. Today was truly a pain and anxiety free appointment. I actually drifted off a couple of times while he was working on me. Excellent work, friendly office staff, friendly assistants and hygienists. If your looking for a new Dentist, or new in town, I highly recommend seeing Dr.Williams.

I am a huge fan of Dr. Williams and his staff. Everything has been wonderful. They show a high level of attention to detail, and are extremely pleasant.
Not only am I an orthodontic patient, I’m also a HUGE dental baby — seriously, it’s kind of sad. Everyone at Dr. Williams’ office has been very gentle and patient in this regard. It’s kind of awesome to not be afraid of dental care. I’m really excited to see how my orthodontics turn out, as well.

I am a new patient and i have been very impressed so far with the front desk, the billing staff, the hygenists, the dental assistant, and Dr. Williams.
the work they have done on me so far, deep cleaning, some fillings and prep for a crown has been thorough, detailed, gentle, friendly, and above all i have felt treated like a human being, not just a customer. And my temporary crown fits great. Everyone has also been very patient with my numerous and detailed questions. Dr. Williams has explained everything with great care. I also appreciate that when i showed up two hours early by mistake Dr. Williams worked thru his lunch so i would not have leave and come back… Thanks to everyone!

I have seen several dentist as has my son and by far this is the best, most gentle dentist in town. All the newest and top treatments at reasonable pricing. They gave me sedation dentistry to complete in one day what would have taken a year. Extremely friendly office and Patty in accounting who is fairly new takes well care of insurance billing. My son who has had dental trauma loves this office and he hasn’t been healthier dental wise in years. thanks Dr Williams and staff. I’d recommend them to anyone who has had bad dental experiences or wants excellent care.

Run from this guy! He looks great, I know, but let me assert that he is a wolf in sheep’s clothing! Seemingly he’s like your kind older brother or uncle, but nothing is further from the truth. Once THE MONEY IS SAFELY IN THEIR DRAWER it all changes. Ever hear the phrase «There was no service AFTER the sale?» Well, that says it all. I paid well over $ 900.00 for a night guard! Yes, that’s right. They quoted me at $ 5 something, which I thought was OK. But then they charged me $ 300 for the impressions! They said it was necessary because of the difficulty of my occlusion, etc., etc. You get the picture. Finally, after 2 weeks the night guard arrived.
It did not fit so it was duly adjusted. But good luck if you need further adjustments! Oh, he finally did a few more, but I always felt rushed. He acted like he was doing me a great favor but the other dentist said it was outrageous after I thoroughly explained it to him. If he can’t make a nice, tidy sum off you, believe me, everything changes. I implore you to not judge his work or make your decision because he looks like a kindly uncle. You’ll make a regrettable mistake — just like I did! There are plenty of other dentists who do not judge you by your wallet. Many actually and sincerely care about your comfort and satisfaction. Find one of those dentists.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. Dr. Williams and his staff continue to provide excellent dental care and service to me and my family. The services we’ve received range from deep cleanings, nightguards to prevent grinding, replacing eroded amalgam fillings, whitening kits, crowns, root canals and invisalign.
Recently my crown fell out which was over a year old. Thank you for providing excellent service and standing behind your work product by cementing the dislodged crown at no charge. The procedure was quick with little pain.
Dr. Williams’ accounting department has significantly improved since the recent staff changes. Improved communication and a willingness to work with our family’s budget.

Dr. Williams and his entire staff are the best! He’s done some major work on my teeth, with absolutely no pain, and he is always so friendly, it puts me at ease right away. His office staff are just as nice, making you feel welcome and lessening the inherent stress of visiting the dentist. Dr. Williams is gentle, does amazing work, and has pretty much eliminated my overwhelming fear of dentistry. He did a root canal on my front tooth (!) without so much as a twinge of pain. Recently, I lost my dental insurance. His office will work with you to help keep your nice smile. I have been a patient for over six years, and I happily make the 40 mile drive. Wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. He also has all the latest, most high tech things imaginable, so you end up with absolutely gorgeous work. I would, and have recommended him to everyone I know.

It’s been several years since my family used the services of this office. My complaint is not with the dental work but with the insurance and billing person. When my wife had work done here, we both had dental insurance and the treatment was preapproved by our insurance at 100% because of our overlapping policies. We were still required to pay $ 500 deposit and it took months and many phone calls to the office to finally get my $ 500 back from them. I had the same experience when I took my grand children there. They still owe me a small amount of money .I finally got tired of calling and gave up

I had similar billing issues as Amanda wrote about. The dentist is great as she said, and he and his staff are kind and attentive, but I have to wonder about the money grab. First he was listed as network with my insurance, but office staff swears he is not. They were unwilling to accept network rates, but I continued with him because the work was major and I wanted the sedation piece. Instead of doing like my prior dentist and sending off to my insurance company with a treatment plan, getting a response back from the company as to what the company would pay, and then letting me decide if I was willing to make up the difference, they «guesstimated» the insurance portion, and had me pay upfront for the remainder. I was in the midst of having some extensive work done (which I did over 2 years time since one part of the work maxed out my dental coverage for the year) and had a routine 6-​month cleaning. The hygienist came up with a frightening «pocket» situation that would require a very expensive deep cleaning procedure. I paid for that on credit card, and proceeded with the rest of the major work. I was suspicious about the need for the deep cleaning, as my dental hygiene is meticulous, and previous exams had been fine, so I went to a network dentist and paid cash for a second opinion. At the network dental group, the dentist herself, not the hygienist did the pocket evaluation, and her report indicated no need for drastic, expensive deep cleaning. It took me forever to get the money back for that cleaning procedure I had prepaid. I finally had to go to my credit card company and have them intervene. Now, my insurance company is denying some of the major work that they did, because they can’t seem to provide the clinical evidence that it needed to be done in the first place, so on top of what I already paid, they want more money. Again, it smells too much like a money grab to me, and while I like the dentist and staff, I’m going to take my business elsewhere.

Great dentist and his sedation technique saved me a lot of pain because I had to do like 3 root canals in one sitting 4 yrs ago. I liked him and Trish but I think they got exhasperated with my sensitivity and unwillingness to be pushed into treatment not right for me such as pulling out my perfectly healthy wisdom teeth and. or braces.

Dr. Williams and his staff were excellent. My fiancée had a tooth that was bothering him for a few months. He does not have insurance so when he called other dentist’s to get a quote for a root canal, it was in the thousands. After trying to save money to get the procedure done, he couldn’t take the pain anymore wanted to just have it extracted so we found Dr. Williams online. He called and was able to make an appointment the same day. He was seen within 15 minutes and was told that they could save his tooth and not pull it if they did the root canal. After explaining our situation and only having $ 500 saved so far for the dental work, they offered to take over $ 800 off the bill! It would have cost over $ 1300 but they did it for $ 500 flat! They were amazing and we couldn’t thank them enough!

This review is after 8 years of seeing Dr. Kenny Williams, and unfortunately my family and I left under bittersweet conditions.
I want to make clear, Dr. Williams does excellent work. My subsequent dentist gave a glowing review. I never felt uncomfortable in the chair. They offer satellite TV to watch, so I normally LMAO while watching Comedy Central.
My gripe is with their accounting department. I continued to see Dr. Williams even though he wasn’t in my dental insurance’s preferred network. Their billing process worked as such: they guesstimated how much the insurance would pay, and I paid the remainder. They would not let me pay after they received the insurance check, even though my family has spent tens of thousands of dollars over our long history there. I didn’t have a problem with that, until I found out by calling my insurance company that my insurance company *ALWAYS* paid more than what their estimate was. Consequently, they were collecting more than the actual charge!
I understand, a guesstimate is just that, a guess, but I NEVER received a phone call saying, «Hey, we owe you a partial refund.» I had to request multiple checks to get my refund. Not only did I have to request the initial repayment, but I had to stay on top of the accounting department with multiple follow up calls.
The last straw for me was my final repayment. It took them months to pay me back. When I called to remind them that they never mailed me a check as promised, they mailed me one a week later. Tell me why, that a check for a little over $ 100 bounced?!? Flabbergasted, I called to tell them. There was no explanation given, merely, «When did you cash it?» I cashed it a month later because I went on vacation for the holidays. So instead of mailing me another check they had me come pick it up, fine, I just want my money. They give it to me in cash, but forgot my returned check fee amount. They couldn’t scrounge up $ 15 for this, not even in petty cash. «We’ll mail you a check.» OMG A week later they call and ask me to pick up the $ 15. Third time driving there to get money they owe me, really? FED UP is an understatement!
Furthermore, my mother’s final straw came over a holiday weekend. Dr. Williams has an answering machine message, if you have a dental emergency, please call me on my cell at xxx-​xxxx. Well, my mom had extreme pain at the beginning of the weekend; she called and left two messages for Dr. Williams. He never returned her calls, and subsequently she had to visit an emergency dentist to get a root canal over the weekend. Dr. Williams never did return that call.
We noticed after Dr Gray and Dr Williams split, the accounting deteriorated even more. They replaced the high functioning biller with the dental assistant with no billing background… errrr
And even after tens of thousands of dollars spent at that practice, all of a sudden they wanted pre-​payment before my mother even sat in the chair. Clearly there are huge financial troubles. Maybe they should cut back on the t.v. advertising and billboards…
We loved the work, but another dentist now appreciates our business.

After my dentist died, I needed a new dentist whose office and procedures weren’t stuck in 1976. Lucky for me Dr. Williams was there. My knight with shining white teeth! Seriously though, he’s so cool and caring. And he is truly an artist! Although, I’ve haven’t had major work done by him I’ve seen what he can do in the before and after pictures. Amazing!
All the office staff are wonderful too. They are really friendly and caring too. They are always asking me about my family and stuff.
The hygienists are very gentle and informative. It’s amazing what a difference it makes going to a classy place.
I had such a great experience here that now both my mom and husband come here too. They’ve had more major work done, and the results are beautiful. They both took advantage of the sedation dentistry and said it was well worth it.
