Bad service all around. WTF?! Drive though is constantly screwing up the orders. Items are constantly missing and the worse part is it’s like they blame the customer!

Thank you Sean for cutting me off every few seconds while I was ordering. Slow down and just listen. Then ask your prompt of questions. Also thank you Sean for giving me a soda with a lid hardly on. When I picked it up it dumped out all over my car. Also thanks Sean for giving me ZERO napkins in my bag to clean up the mess.

How are fast food workers going to ask for a pay raise when they are to stupid or lazy too care about getting your order right. When you ask for no mustard or pay extra for a sour dough bun or ask for cheese you should get it. These losers are lucky to make minimum wage I will do my best by not going back in the hopes that they all become unemployed.

Never the picture, never the picture. I know, it never is but they should at leat try. I rarely eat junk food so when I do I go here. Drive thu only, so I can’t comment of the cleanliness.

Ok so I’m not a fast food fan and have not eaten at a jack in the box in years and after this experience I never will again. My son and I both got spicy chicken sandwiches and they were not edible what so ever! The chicken was cold and tasted like rubber! The bread was stale and my onion rings were cold and stale. Maybe it was just this location but I have learned my lesson and will never eat at a jack in the box again. So gross!

So I Love jack in the box, my waist line can attest to that. But I’ve been to this store twice in the last 6 months and have received stale bread. How does that even happen? Certainly not happy with this particular store

I used to like this place, up until recently. Have been there many times and the food has been decent most of the time. When I order food from any restaurant, I expect it to be at least edible. On my last visit during early evening I order 2 tacos. i planned on taking them home for consumption there. They provided real fast service, they were polite as could be, but the food absolutely sucked! These things looked as though they had sat around for an hour. Very soggy shells and the lettuce had melted away into a goo. Yuk! Okay I know these tacos are cheap but still they should be presented as fresh, not looking like they belong in the garbage. There is never an excuse to pawn crap like this off on customers. If I had taken the time to check them before leaving, I would have demanded new fresh ones, but I ordered from the drive-thru and only found out after getting home a couple minutes later. Never going back here again. We have lots of great places nearby, but this is not one of them. Buyer beware at this location.

This is a pretty typical jack in the box, but it took much longer than average for our food to come, and it is really hot inside. The drive through might be a better bet. They also forgot our drink and we had to come back. I mean, it’s jack in the box, my expectations aren’t sky high. But come on, I thought this was fast food…

This is a weird location. If you go in the lot by the traffic light and Urgent care you cannot access it. I parked on the side by Ross and the Urgent care, and had to cross carefully over the drive through line on foot. The location is like a tent attached to a building. They have a couple of window AC units blasting away, but it’s very hot inside. Definitely get your food to go unless it’s cool out. The people working were friendly and efficient. I had to get my kid a kid’s meal and for some reason they put it into two separate bags– the apples and caramel in one, the chicken strips in another.

Staff is friendly everytime I have been here. I usually go here on an office food run and my order has been pretty much filled correctly but I usually walk in instead of using the drive thru. The building is in need of a make over. The counter looks like I am at a bank with its glass partitions separating the customers from the staff. The dining area is small enclosed like a sun room that looks like it was an addition to the building. Plenty of parking but it is a little odd to turn into the lot and drive against the drive thru line to get to the otherside of the building to park.

Minus a half star. They recently forgot my tacos. You can’t forget the tacos.

Every time I order from this Jack n the box drive thru they get my order wrong. The last time I went the manager tried to argue me down and held up the line for 10 minutes. I ordered a BLT combo with the bacon on the side and a kids meal with no mustard or pickles. When I got my BLT it had no lettuce, tomato or mayonnaise on it and had ketchup on it. My daughters kids meal cheeseburger had both items I requested not to be on there. I will NEVERGOBACK!

Fasting for a doctor’s appointment and need food ASAP? Nothing like a great big indulgence of calories at this Jack in the Box. Clean, fast, the better of the locations. I’m craving some now.

Only times I ever come here is late at night through the drive-thru when I’m having a case of the muchies. The food is the same at any Jack in the Box so you should know what to expect already when coming here. However what sets this one apart from the other locations is the service. The employees are unusually cheerful and friendly for some reason, at least the ones working the late night shift. I’m not sure if it was drilled into their heads during their training, but they seemed to genuinely take pride in their jobs and make more of an effort to make sure you’re satisfied. They are very liberal in handing out condiments, especially my favorite, secret sauce! On another note, it seems to be a La Mesa thing in general rather than this specific Jack in the Box, but the prices of the items on the menu are slightly inflated in comparison to other parts of SD. No such things at $ 1 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers or $ 1.49 Jumbo Jacks at this location.

Okay, I stopped by this place to try their BLT burger with some onions rings, and an iced tea. The first thing about this location is that it is definitely in need of a face lift. When I first walked in, I could not help noticing a musky order. A borderline BO smell. I think it was coming form the old interior. The inside of this place is also on the smaller side. I noticed I few areas around the windows needed some repair and a couple of the chairs had torn seats. Fix it already! I can not believe a cooperation like Jack In The Box would allow such disrepair. On to the food. The BLT burger is basically a Jumbo Jack with bacon on it.( ) If you like their Jumbo Jacks and bacon, well you will like this burger. The burger was good and it was not greasy. As usual, I can not complain about their onion rings. Jack In a Boxes’ onions rings are what keeps me coming back. The rings were fried to perfection, crispy and filled whole onions. Onion rings is something Jack I a Box knows how to do right. If it weren’t for the physical aesthetics of the actual building, I probably would of given this place 4 stars. So, let’s get this place cleaned up an looking good!

It is your basic fast food restaurant. The food is prepared like it should look and it taste fine. The service is great. Fast and polite. I have no complaints
