Very unprofessional and run down office. I went two times. 1st time was very nice and second time very rude. Every comments was rude and frustrated. Work that was performed will need to be redone or taken out. Filling looks horrible compared to one done at other dentist. When I changed dentist, she sent nasty letter saying she could no longer see me as a patient. Really. I already fired her and found another dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schneidmiller for many years. Her office is very efficient and they run on time. The reason I love Dr. Schneidmiller is because she a rare find. She will not suggest work to be done if it doesn’t need to be done. She has amazing patience with people like me who tend to get nervous at the dentist. She explains things as she goes along and stops if you need her to stop. She doesn’t want anything to be painful. You can tell she simply cares about people and wants to always do the right thing for her patients. Leigh at the front desk is also a superstar! No matter when you call or how long it may have been since you have been seen she knows who you are when you call in. I feel 100% confident in my review and should you choose this office you won’t be sorry you did!

Love Dr. Schneidmiller! I’ve been going to her for years and have recommended her to many — my husband and parents now go to her, too. A few years back, I went to a different dentist for a routine cleaning. What an absolute mistake that was! I will never leave Dr. Schneidmiller again! She’s gentle, kind, and caring and, since this is important to many a dentist-​goer, she’s pain free. I never feel any discomfort when she and her assistant are inspecting my teeth or when they’re filling cavities. She is just an awesome dentist and you’d be silly not to go to her!

Dr. Schneidmiller is Awesome! My family and I were seen at her office for about 3 years. She is so friendly and personable. She has a gentle touch and explains her process thoroughly before she works on you. She’s extremely nice and she was really good with my daughter as a toddler for all of her cleanings. My daughter left excited about the dentist which is huge!
There is one minor down fall that I’m sad to say. The down fall is the receptionist named Lee. Lee was constantly losing our insurance paperwork and filing the claim to the wrong location for our insurance. Then once the claim was declined she would tell me that I have to call the insurance to get it straightened out. I would waste time waiting on hold only to find out that she filed the claim incorrectly, again. This happened on several occasions which was quite frustrating. It is a huge shame because we really like Dr. Schneidmiller but all of the billing issues were a huge headache.
Other than the billing issues this office is great! The office is somewhat small and quaint but very cozy and comfortable. The parking lot is small however there is always a space right up front. There are no wait times and it is a very friendly atmosphere. They make you feel at home while you’re there.

Dr. Schneidmiller and her husband Dr. Hill are among the best dentists you will find. I went to them after having some horrific experiences with other dentists. This included two dentists at a prior facility who argued over what work needed to be done and seemed more concerned about my buying invisalign from them.
I saw Dr. Schneidmiller and she did not try to sell me on anything. She informed me that Invisalign would not work for me and suggested I see an Orthodontist. She also did not try to sell me on thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. She did the work that needed to be done and set appointments for future work that was less important and did not even bill me for an extra x-​ray. Numerous times I came in with orthodontic discomfort that I thought might be a root canal waiting to happen. She looked at them, determined they were just my teeth moving (which can be uncomfortable) and sent me away reassured.
I swear by this couple. They are nice, their assistants are nice, and Lee who assists her as well behind the counter and in procedures is incredibly kind. I am no longer afraid of dentists thanks to them and will never go to a different dentist as long as they stay in business.
