Went for 1 session with ‘Heather’, who performed a thorough and detailed evaluation. Was very impressed with her and she really seemed to care. A week later, I get a call that Heather was no longer with the company and they needed to skip my session for that week and reschedule me for a Monday at 4pm with an ‘Andrew’. I was disappointed that I missed a week but showed up for my appointment only to find out that I really wasn’t scheduled until 45 min later and that I the therapist someone named ‘Cara’ instead. Okay, I don’t mind switching out the therapists but waiting for 45 min?! I had another appointment schedule for after the session. Maybe it’s different for each office but they were very inept, unprofessional and acted like they could have cared less. BOO on E & L Assoc.

I had an excellent experience here. I mostly saw Sandra and I loved her. I really noticed a difference in the strength and pain reduction. I do have to say that Cara tried this painful but MIRACULOUS deep tissue massage on my calf down to my ankle and it is an absolute miracle. I literally put all of my high heels into a trash bag and threw them into the garage and would honestly cry to myself because at 4’10″ (super petite woman), I thought I would never wear heels again or play soccer or hike without pain. Not true! Moved my heels back inside and am honestly feeling almost 100% again after 3 years. THANK YOU BOTH!

The therapists that I’ve worked with were very professional and knowledgeable. The same goes for their assistants.
When I saw a second therapist, I didn’t have to start over because the info in my file let him know the specifics of my injury. Like which exercises and stretches I’d been doing.

This place is incompetent. I was referred here for therapy 7 days ago. I know it received my referral then. Although I left multiple messages during work hours, no one called me back to schedule an appointment for 7 days. When I finally received a call back the representative was unprepared or unqualified to actually assist me in getting the required therapy. I finally told the employee that she should be apologizing for shoddy service, and she basically laughed.
No thanks. I am going elsewhere.

My experience with this location is mixed, but mostly negative.
At first, my treatment started out as promising. I saw one physical therapist for my first 2 appointments and she seemed to exercise great care and caution.
For my next 4 treatments I saw 3 different people, despite asking specifically if I could/​would be seeing the same therapist. I even called to follow up and ask to see the original PT, but was told she was a «floater» and that I could not schedule appointments with her specifically.
Most disturbingly, these new PTs would ask me on the fly «where is your pain?»… Why did I go through a diagnostic with the original PT if the others were not referencing the paperwork? Each person seemed confused about what they should be doing and had me doing completely different exercises, so there was ZERO continuity in my care.
Additionally, when I inquired about how many «visits» I had remaining, I was told by the front desk that they would be in contact with my insurance company to update them on my progress and ask for more when appropriate. This did not happen, and treatment was abruptly stopped even though I had made appointments with the same front desk (assuming that more visits were approved). I never received any further communication from this office regarding more visits or insurance approvals. But perhaps that is a blessing in disguise as I have since started going to a much more professional office, and the care received there is in stark contrast to this office.
Very frustrating and unhelpful experience. Would recommend seeking out other options.

Loved this place. Always running on time which I appreciate! I had Cara for my second round of therapy on my shoulder and she was great. I learned more from her about my injury than I learned from my doctor. I went here years ago and loved it, so glad they are still around!
