When my Covered California Care got all messed up and I couldn’t fix it online I turned to Jeff Ensign at Castle Benefits. He made several calls and got it fixed for me. Several months later I had another problem with Covered California Care and once again Jeff made the calls and got it fixed.
When my friend was retiring and her place of business was not cooperating with information about her health insurance coverage I gave her Jeff’s number and he came through again.
My younger sister has just been laid off after 25 years, I gave her Jeff’s contact info and told her to call him!
