Very unhappy with Brian insurance skills.
I own couple of shops and I got insurance from him based on recommendation. In the beginning I thought he was very knowledgeable, but I get very surprised when I got floated at one of my store and when I made a claim, he told me I am not insured for it.
I called 3 other insurance agent and I was told by all of them, that it should be in my policy and if its not, he should tell me to add it, so based on that I can’t recommend this man, because he is not knowledgeable at all…
