I met Joe at a golf tournament. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the loan process and answered all of my questions.
I eventually purchased a new build and wasn’t able to complete the loan process with Joe but despite that, he assisted me by providing the documents needed for the other lender thus expediting the loan process and reviewed my loan package with the other lender to insure I was getting the best deal.

Buying a home can be scary, frustrating, and confusing… especially for the first time home buyer. Joe and his team at Best Equity (BE as I call it) are simply… AMAZING!

Joe Feinhandler is your go to guy!!! I don’t make any decisions about property without consulting Joe first. We all get propaganda in the mail from other realtors, banks and mortgage officers whose goal is to reel you in on a deal that’s probably not even possible. Joe is always upfront and honest. Integrity, honesty and professionalism are loosely used within the business world as if no thought is given to the definition of the words. However, Best Equity consistently practices and epitomizes integrity, honesty and professionalism. My first experience with Joe (Best Equity) was cold-​calling him to cash in on a lower interest rate for my mortgage. Joe crunched the numbers while on the phone with me. What I didn’t know, and what Joe explained to me, was that the cost of FHA went up and didn’t go away when you hit the 20% mark. Due to my ignorance, there was an opportunity to cash in and make money off me while saving me nothing and putting me in a worse off position. Instead, Joe educated me and gave me the information necessary to truly understand my position. He talked me out of giving him business because it was the right thing to do. That’s honesty, integrity, and professionalism in practice not just written as a random business motto.
