Scott Cameron S.

Business Owner

My education and experience eventually allowed me to become involved in many aspects of residential and commercial real estate from site acquisition and analysis, development costing and project pro formas, to management and leasing. I also gained incredible experience in the foreclosure marketplace, focusing on the acquisition and sales of REO’s (representing Fannie Mae, as well as disposition companies), successfully acquiring and/​or negotiating short sales (as a partner in a national short sale negotiation company), and valuing, purchasing, redeveloping, and profitably selling distressed properties. In the finance industry, I was directly responsible for the loan origination, processing, and underwriting of loan production in excess of $ 100 million in three years.
