I am new to the area and was looking for a new place for facials. I bought a Deal Me In Today which doesn’t say anything about stipulations. When I called, they said there is only one esthetician taking these vouchers and she only works 9am-​3pm Monday or Thursday. They wouldn’t help me at all. I felt like because I had a voucher, I was treated with indifference. They lost what could have been a regular customer with their awful customer service. This review obviously isn’t on their services themselves, because I can’t go in during the middle of the day during the week.

I have had 2 facials here and both have been very good. The esthetician is very thorough and does a very good job. The office is clean and modern and the staff are friendly.

Highly recommended for facials with extractions! My esthetician Amber was incredibly friendly and communicated with me very well through out the process of my facial.
Sometimes getting a facial for me is an unpleasant experience due to the nature of my skin condition. This facial was not only much more bearable, but incredibly thorough and my face felt refreshed and clean afterward!
My skin has been much clearer since Amber helped me out, and everyone I spoke to in the office was very friendly and welcoming. A++ customer service :)

I took my daughter to receive services at North Coast Dermatology Medical Associates. We were treated promptly, everything was explained in detail and she was treated very kindly and with a lot of care.
We even arrived home to find a personal call from the provider asking if we had any additional questions! A truly great experience.
