Established in 2012.

I decided to open my own firm to address a need for welcoming attorneys who are open to helping out the LGBT community in San Diego. If you are going to be asking an attorney to advocate for you in family court, it is very important for your attorney to understand the specific family setup that you have. As an active member of the LGBT community in San Diego I have made it my goal to become familiar with the different kinds of family structures. All families deserve the same access to the courts and only through an attorney who understands your situation can you make sure that the judge is properly educated about your family.

I am a San Diego native. As a family law attorney, I am available to assist anyone in the community. I focus my practice on assisting same-​sex couples because, as a bisexual man raised in a Catholic household, I know first-​hand the judgment and rejection that come from those who don’t understand what it means to be gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender.

I help clients of all orientations without judgment. I also recognize that not every LGBT client comes from a same-​sex relationship, as marriages will sometimes break down because one spouse comes out.

I am a craft beer enthusiast, music fan, and avid runner and hiker. I enjoy spending time with my husband exploring interesting events in San Diego.
