Meet the Business Owner

Enzo C.

Business Owner

Enzo was born in Sicily, in a small town called Raddusa. Since very young age he started working in the restaurant buisness. He worked in very high end restaurants in London. Later on he worked for Princess Cruise line. After that he worked in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Carmel. The right opportunity came along to open his own place in La Jolla. Here he is able to transmit his passion for good food and fine wine.

He learned the art of wine making from his father in his hometown, and today he owns a small boutique winery in San Diego where he produces organic Syrah wine.
