Troy was extremely helpful getting my phone switched over and even helped me put a screen protector on! If you need anything regarding your phone or prepaid phones see Troy at AT&T! He’s a great employee who could give me the help I needed while helping other customers so no one had to wait, unheard of at most stores.

I recently visited this store to purchase a new iPhone and was pleasantly surprised with their genuine customer service. Very professional and friendly. They even gave me a piece pizza because they knew I was super tired and hungry from the DMV. I would recommend this location to people looking for great customer service and professionalism. Troy and Tyler are great employees and should be valued by AT&T.

There must have been a change in the management because I do not understand all of the poor reviews this store has received! BRYANT was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about his product. Awful customer service! Tyler is so rude & doesn’t know how to handle more than 1 customer at a time! I’ve been to this store a few times in the last few years, and each time I was disappointed. As another reviewer mentioned, call the UTC location on Villa La Jolla for an appointment and you’ll be much happier.

I have only been to this store twice but got great service both times. The first time was to buy an iPhone, the service that day was excellent as the guy behind the counter walked me through all the set ups and plans for both my phone and my son’s. Today I went back, different guy, Spencer, but same great service. After I updated to the new OS I was having issues with logins and settings. He VERY patiently walked me through all of the set ups and now I am up and running again. His manager, Daniel, promotes great service. I really appreciate the help and the convenience of being able to walk to a local store.

So I accidentally tried to set up my HTC as a mobile hotspot and some how got myself needing a new sim card because i had an old one i got in europe previously. Walk in and the manager says no problem and hooks it up with a new chip. All done in under 10 minutes. Not to mention a nice guy.

Nice guys, brothers, were staffing this office when we went in. We needed to literally sort out 7 different adult and kids’ phone accounts into manageable and affordable plans. While it took us about 45 minutes with Ryan Smith(understandable for how much we needed to work on), everything cleaned up beautifully and we remain happy AT&T customers. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE! I went in to the store looking for an iphone 4S, but they didn’t have them in stock. So, they convinced me to purchase the iphone 4 for the time being & that they would call me as soon as they received their new stock. Meanwhile, i signed a 30-day return agreement. Over the next 30 days, i called 3 – 4 times asking if they had the 4s in stock. I would get replies like, «uh, lemme check.» Or, «What’s your name, Lori?» They would always reassure me that i was at the top of the list. About 32 days after i purchased the phone, i FINALLY got a hold of Brandon(the guy that sold me the phone) & he sounded surprised that i didn’t purchase the 4S from them!!! i explained to him that i kept getting the run around & that i found it VERY hard to believe that they hadn’t received any new stock for thirty-something days. He apologized & told me that i could no longer get the 4S because the 30 days were up! WTF is up with that! In my opinion, they f’d up so they should have made an exception. But, he would credit my ATT account for $ 50 for the inconvenience. Okay, i appreciated his effort. He told me to call him when i had a balance on my ATT bill so that he could apply the credit. I just now called him & he had no clue who i was. Not only that, but he didn’t seem interested in what i had to say. He just cut me off & asked for my number & ssn. He abruptly told me that he would apply the credit(which he didn’t even remember how much) & would call me back. Bottom line is that they obviously don’t care much about AT&T customers & the service they are«providing».

Call the number listed and if they answer I will be amazed, this is a half A&S AT&T excuse of a store, I called and called and they never answered their phone, I even called from outside the store{ from my car} and watch the one employee ignore my call, then when I went in, in he could not transfer my contacts from my black berry to my i phone and referred me to the At&t store at UTC, what is At &t thinking by providing this excuse of a store in this kind of area, hopefully they will conduct their own research and see the light!!!
