Business Owner

Kristin Hauser is a California Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, certified yoga teacher and Birth Doula. She is committed to providing holistic healthcare that empowers the individual to take steps towards greater wellbeing. Kristin is passionate about helping women lead healthy, vibrant lives. She has worked with women at many different stages of life, including supporting women through the transformational period around childbirth. Her approach includes acupuncture and herbal medicine, as well as nutrition and lifestyle factors to address the root cause of discomfort in the body or mind. She believes in individualized treatments, patient education and integrating her knowledge of both eastern and western medicine for the benefit of her patients. Kristin currently has two office locations and teaches group yoga classes and workshops at One Body Studios in La Habra.
