It depends who’s there. The cashier/​associate who’s really helpful is one I coin by the gentle giant. It will be obvious who he is when you see him. There was another guy that wasn’t helpful at all. If I were the owner, I pay attention to these details and hire more gentle giants.

I walked in here yesterday looking for protein shake for my post workout
first the guy was ok, pretty helpful in the beggining but when i told him that ill get them the next day. the guy seems like, he lost interest and when you talk to him he doesnt even look at you in the face. maybe its because its almost closing time for him but still. its not very professional i think. oh well, thats ok. theres vitamin shoppe everywhere so if they dont want my business thats fine but if you work in a place like this. customer service is the main key to get your customer back for more… im just sayin’…ill give them ²⁄₅ for the info/​idea they game me. atleast i can go somewhere else where i can get a better service…
