Five Star Fire Protection

Super friendly. Went in to get my extinguisher serviced, and ended up walking out with a newer extinguisher. Thank you for letting me trade it in! Only charged with a service fee which was very affordable. The only downside was that they don’t accept any debit/​credit card purchases under $ 50.00. Thankfully there is a donut shop with an ATM a few doors over. Satisfied customer!(:

So I called them yesterday and received a quote but could not make an appointment. I was told that someone would call me later on that evening. I explained that we closed at 5 p.m. and even gave him my cell phone number. I never got a call back.

We had a small fire at our business and fortunately we were able to extinguish it with minimal damage. I had an employee express the need for fire safety training as well as I needed to have the fire extinguishers recharged so I started searching for a company to handle that. I came across Five Star Fire Protection and saw that they did the training as well as the servicing of the extinguishers so I called them out. I felt the pricing was very fair to train 10 employees and recharge the extinguishers and had them come out. All the employees left the training with a new found confidence of how to deal with fires in the future. Everyone got to discharge an extinguisher, watch a video, personal instruction and have lots of questions answered. I was really impressed with the feedback I received from my employees and wanted to thank Five Star for doing an excellent job training them.

We have exactly one fire extinguisher at the office where I work. It needed to be serviced so I took it to Five Star. It’s $ 15 and I waited just 10 minutes. Much more reasonable than having a company come out and charge us an arm and a leg for one fire extinguisher.
