Brightside Screen-Printing

i have been printing with these guys for almost 7 years and i have not been let down with the quality of their work, in fact i can honestly say that their printing quality gets better every time.

These people are the worst!
I held off on posting this review, but after waiting OVER six weeks for a TWO shirt order, well kiddies, that was the LAST straw!
Ray Jr and Ray Sr run this place in a very lackadaisical manner!
When we first utilized their services, we’d get our shirts (individual shirts done on a special machine) in about three days and the quality was good.
As time went on it became a week and then… Repeated phone calls and Emails rarely, if ever, got a response, and even if I did, it was an excuse.
The final straw was when I ordered two shirts over 6 weeks ago and repeatedly called and emailed them. Finally got Ray Sr and he had no idea what I was talking about and said he’d call me back. Ten days later — guess what! I talked to some women who informed me that the machine that they did individual shirts on was gone — because of alleged mechanical issues…
I asked why we were not informed and she couldn’t answer!
Bottom line, is that these people are sadly lacking in customer service!
Time to find a business that cares about their customers, as these guys don’t!

I don’t understand the bad reviews here. I’ve used them twice in the past few months for tshirt orders. The quality is fantastic and the turn around time is super quick. Usually 1 – 2 days. The pricing can’t be beat… even when comparing to online retailers. Ray is sometimes a little hard to reach by phone, but otherwise everything is perfect. I will definitely be returning there for our business shirts many times over.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, they are very unprofessional, they are NOT on top of their game, I was promised a job within 2 weeks today it has been 6 weeks and the job was never done, after driving to their location from Los Angeles and having a second conversation I had to pick up my T-​Shirts, color samples were never send on time, as matter fact they never came to me, I was disrespected and lied on time frames, I always felt like I had to hustle this guy’s down to even talk to them, Thank You BrightSide Screen Printing for wasting 6 weeks of my time.

I did some shopping around before placing my order with Brightside, they came out at a price below all others I was quoted from. I have had several jobs done by them and will continue to give them my business.

All I can say is wow! Brightside Screen Printing is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! After messing up our order they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. When I called them I was told me to shut up and F-​off. I was very suprised, I could never imagine talking to my customers like that no matter what the issue was, even if I was wrong. I guess if your ok with a couple shirts for your soccer team they possibly they could make it work, but if you require quality work go somewhere else

Had some tshirts done a couple years ago for a camping trip I planned for the youth members at my church. The shirts were awesome and at a great price. I initially wanted American Apparel shirts, but picked out some organic ones instead (can’t remember the name right now) and everyone loved them. I recommended Brightside to my aunt for her family reunion, and she appreciated all of Eric’s help as well. I just wish it was closer! Definitely would recommend to everyone in the area! Thanks Eric! I’ll be calling you again soon haha
