After getting my car fixed at this shop, I completely understand why it has 5 star reviews. My engine was making a funny noise so I called Advanced Automotive and they were able to see me that same day. The owner, John, looked at my engine and within minutes, he knew exactly what the problem was. He ordered the part to fix the problem and had it installed the very next day. Such quick and trustworthy service with a very fair price!

We have been taking our cars to Advanced Automotive for 20 years. A family member recommended John. We’ve recommended many friends and family members. Our grown children (26 and 30) and their spouses also take their cars to John and Cory. They ALWAYS do excellent work and ALWAYS a fair price. I trust them completely with our cars and we don’t go anywhere else.

My mom actually took her car to John for 20 years (77 buick regal) and he kept it running until 1999 when she died: (Ive known him since I was a baby and now him and his son are my mechanics. I am thirty years old and I only trust my car with John and Corey! I know when I take my car its going to be fixed and I dont worry about anything! They are honest, reliable and do excellent work. They’re not looking to rip people off like every other mechanic shop Ive ever went to! They tell you exactly whats wrong before they fix anything and are extremely fair on price. I will never take my car anywhere else and I absolutely recommend them!!! Plus they’re both good looking so youll get a little eye candy too :) Thank you Advanced Automotive !!! John & Cory are THE BEST! My family has been going to Advanced Automotive for forever (seriously, like 20 years??) I never second guess what they tell me and their pricing is very fair. My husband and his father are the «do it yourself» kind of guys and not likely to let anyone touch their precious vehicles; they have both converted to John & Cory. These are the mechanics you wouldn’t hesitate to send your 90 year old grandma to. I’m not worried about «over-​selling» these guys because you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy your new mechanics!

We have been taking our family’s cars to John for the last 15 years or so. He and his son Cory are the definition of «Honest Mechanic». I have always trusted them. They have on many occasion, sent me home without charging me because whatever needed to be done was something minor. They know what they are doing and always charge a reasonable price. Plus they are just plain nice guys.

25 years ago one of my clients referred me to John to work on my car. John was a little far for me to drive too but one my clients swore by him. So I had my car towed to John shop, I’ve been going to him ever since (he works on all 5 of my cars.) If I need him to pick up my car at my job he does.
John only does what I ask him to do on the car. He has NEVER told me I needed something that I didn’t need done. He has always been honest and fair with his prices. Now days I don’t even ask him what he will change me because I know he wont rip me off (or over change me.)
If your looking for someone that will be honest and wont screw you over, Johns the one to see.

Reliable and trustworthy. Id feel comfortable leaving my child with these guys. Take care of me and my car best automotive place in orange county. Trust me, with all my moving around so cal i’ve had to take my car to many places. But now that i’m within a 30 min drive, i take my car to them again.
