Debi and her extremely competent staff have assisted us in the sale of two homes and the purchase of one home. On our most recent sale and purchase her advice was right on. We told her what we wanted to clear and she suggested a price to list that would move the property quickly and still get us what we wanted. It went exactly as she said it would. We completed our sale for the amount we wanted in less than two months time. Other houses on our street which were listed before us remained on the market for months after our sale. When we went to purchase a new home, which we had to do quickly, she was always there for us and helped us negotiate a price that would be approved by our lender and yet be accepted by the seller.
