History
Established in 1996.
Upon starting his career as an attorney, Mr. Boggess has helped people with the business planning, estate planning and real estate transactions. By addressing concerns of individuals and business owners, he has been able to help them structure their lives (and businesses) in ways to provide the strong asset protection and a plan to pursue their goals.
Along the way, Mr. Boggess worked with over 40 professional athletes helping represent them in player contracts. He also has had experience with three start-up record labels and artist representation.
In the recent years, asset protection has become a large concern. This is both for doctors, business owners and other professionals … and also with Seniors. By utilizing specialized strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation, Mr. Boggess is providing his clients with The Play Book to handle those situations where a creditor or nursing home is trying to attack their assets.
