We paid for water-​proofing, but got flooded instead.
[1] He left some crack sealing cement stuff on one of my folding tables.
[2] He put some of my things on the ground. One of the things was an ultraviolet light.
[3] A week after our cracks were fixed we got 4″ of water in our basement after a nights rain. I paid a plumber $ 50 to find out my sub-​pump was unplugged. The sub-​pump is in front of one of the cracks he fixed. Somehow, after 13-​years of living in this house our sub-​pump mysteriously became unplugged. My wife and I did not even know where the thing was plugged in.
He did a good job with the cracks, as near as I can tell.

Dan came out to look at a problem we have with an outdoor stairwell to our basement. After a thorough review, he recommended landscaping vs. any modifications to the basement itself. He was open, honest and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dan did an extremely thorough job fixing our 110 year old basement walls. It took him twice as long as it should have because of all the rain we had but he never tried to take short cuts. He is also a very easy going and pleasant person to do business with.

This is what a business should look like and be run. We had water seeping into our basement and Dan came out for the fixes, as we a few points of entry. The work was fair the price for the work done was good. Maybe you could cheaper but NOT better than the job we had done. I have sent a few neighbors that had water damages also and will continue to send people here for work that is great. Thanks again Dan, you are the man.
