One star is even too much for this unprofessional business establishment. Horrible service absolutely no customer service. Walked in at 11 am ordered one polo shirt for local public school. Was told the emboirdery will take few hours and will get a call to pick up shirt. Lets put it this way I am writing this review at 6:50 pm and we still do not have the shirt. I do not understand the mentality of these types of business owners!!! How do establishment like this do business and still promote themself as trustworthy. What happen to being honest, providing good service so your customers return for future business? What happen to being ethical, taking pride in your work and not lie just to make $ 17! Never ever returning to them. Will make sure family and friends with kids in public and private schools learn about our disappointing service.

Wow! What a difference.. although my custom uniform was a few days late, she called me as promised to let me know it was ready. Front registers were very organized and the store as always fully staffed quickly helped me obtain extra shirts in the size I needed.
I ordered a pinstripe uniform that had exact measurements for alterations. It looked GREAT!
When it comes to sowing ect. they really do actually know what they are doing. I plan on bringing some fabric to have them make a duvet for me. Quoted 25.00 bucks. Seems fair. So far I’m happy with uniforms and will be ordering 2 more.

I don’t understand how this place is still in business. Poor customer service, rude and never helpful! I have been waiting over a month for school uniforms and bedding and guess what they still are not ready. No surprise there. My kid starts school tomorrow. Every time you call they say they will call you once your order is in… never once did they call me. The worst part is that when you call or go in to check on your order they always have a attitude waiting for you. I wish there was a way to avoid this place! I hate that we have to order our school uniforms from them. Ugh!

Insane asylum — what this place is.
They will take your money for the order and lie to you that it will be ready tomorrow. Or the day after. Or the day after that. But you will be chasing them for your child’s uniform until you are blue in the face.
The most disorganized store with the most obnoxious lady running it. I came to the store two weeks before the school started (Rose&Alex Pilibos start on August 17^th, I was there July 30^th!!) and was told that uniforms will be arriving in the next few days, so they promised to call as soon as they have our order. I might add that my order did not include anything requiring alterations — standard size jumpers and polos. A few days rolls by… crickets. So, I called to check and received the same answer — we will call you. A week is gone and I met with some parents that ordered the uniforms not at the store but through the school and they were in the same situation.
At this point, frustrated and annoyed, I decided to go to the store. Big surprise !!! The store was full of angry customers demanding their orders. She (I don’t know if she is the owner or the manager but anytime you ask for assistance other employees call her for help) was giving out one polo and one jumper per customer because there was a shortage. What shortage ??? The school had the same color/​style uniforms for the last 10 years! It’s not like the number of pupils doubled overnight or they changed the style.
Well, school starts in 2 days and I have 1 shirt and 1 jumper. And she told me not to worry because the rest of my order will be ready next week. Yes, I believe that. NOT.
It’s beyond understanding how this place could be in business maybe the owner has a relative on the Pilibos Board of whoever is in charge of uniform ordering — the only reason I would keep a contract with this store. I really do wish there could be another retailer distributing the uniforms because I would pay premium just to avoid dealing with Modella Uniforms ever again in my life.

I’ve never had a problem with them and I buy all my scrubs from them. They have great prices and they have a variety of styles to chose from. They can order anything you’d like aswell. Oh they alter the scrubs for free if you need them done (if you purchased it there). They are great! And they’re so close by to me. It’s so worth it!
