If there was a «negative» star, Liz would be the one to get all –5 of them. Talk about unprofessional. In this type of business, in this day and age, I believe what sets realtors apart is their professionalism and personality skills. This woman has neither. Rude on the phone, she could not seize the opportunity to make a sale for her client, who has been struggling to sell his home for almost a year, in this market. I walk away from this deal just because of her nasty, demeaning attitude, and not because of the property. I believe she should take courses in customer service and how to deal with people and not treat them like dirt.

We have been working with Liz for about four years now, and EVERY time she has been efficient, effective, professional and yet very caring.
She knows her stuff. But what makes her a 5-​star agent, is the fact that she is on top of her game.
She is also tech savvy; and emails, scans, texts, within minutes or hours. She goes the extra mile, every time. You know she loves what she does, and that brings the work relationship to a higher level.
If there was an award to be given for the agent of the year, based on client’s views, needs answered, Liz would get the top honor!
And after everything is done, she is still there to serve! She is as good as it gets! Brava!
